James Spader could read the phone book and make it interesting. If this guy ever decided to switch over to movies full time he would one day win an Oscar. In one scene he shoots a guy in the leg all the while his wife is screaming in the closet. After he get what he wants he apologizes for leaving because the Stroganoff smells SO GOOD. In another scene he cold bloodedly suffocates a traitorous trusted associate just after he promises to take care of his family. Megan Boone is a perfect counterbalance to Spader. At first, a naive new FBI profiler she learns that Red Reddington is not what he seems. He has a moral compass. Something earlier in his life turned him from a bright Naval officer to what he has become today but his overriding mission is not to redeem himself but to protect Megan's Elizabeth. The extras on this set (Bluray) are fabulous. Every episode has an extra on the details of the criminal and each character has a bio spread across the discs and are analyzed by the actor. Can't wait for season 2. A++

The blacklist is easily one of the most thrilling, captivating, suspenseful shows right now! Enough plot details and twists to be worth watching again, and it's entertaining. The actors do well with their characters too! If you can get the bonus t shirt version for the same as the disk alone, it's not a bad shirt at all, so do it!

I'd heard this was a great TV series, and I think that was an understatement! Spader is a terrific actor and the rest of the cast rise to his level. Lots of twists, turns, secrets, and subplots here, but every episode has a resolution. Get comfy, because you can't watch just one episode.

Amazing! "The Blacklist" is the Best Show on TV. This BluRay Set with the Digital Copy is Top Knotch, and the T-Shirt is just Beautiful. I Highly Recommend It to any Fan of "The Blacklist". Perfect Gift.

Couldn't wait for it to come to blu ray. Got the best buy exclusive for cheaper than most stores had the regular version. My nephew loved the T-shirt. Redeemed the digital copy so now can watch anywhere.

Great DVD! This is one of the best series on network tv. Couldn't wait to buy it; the Blu-Ray version is fantastic! Great picture & sound quality plus it comes with a Blacklist t-shirt.

I like James Spader from Boston Legal and in this show he is even better. He is a bad guy protecting his daughter but she does not know she is his daughter. Very good action too.

They really pulled out the stops on story writing for this one. And the acting is top notch. If you want action, or suspense or intrigue....this series has them all in one!

This show keep you on edge throughout the entire season. There was never a dull episode! Plus comes with a digital copy you can enjoy streaming anywhere online.

NBC's The Blacklist is a great new series that appeals to a broad audience. It's intriguing and unique from other shows on air.
