If you're using a griddle, these are helpful in lowering temps using water or cooking food using specific oils, such as vegetable or olive oil. I'm quite pleased with these bottles and would recommend them to anyone with a griddle.

They ship directly from blackstone but one leaks oil out the side of the nozzle and is more mess then its worth. I wouldnt reccomend to a friend amd cant think of where a leaky bottle would be useful.
