This is good TV series by itself but far much inferior as compared to the BLADE movies of course. The low budget shows in the episodes and the acting is not impressive. The plot and story flow are okay and worth watch if you are a BLADE fan.

This show was nothing super great back in the day, and it still is not all that special. However, as a Marvel collector, I had to get it and add it to the collection.

the movies are all incredible and the series holds true to the blade world of vampires

I am surprised that there is a video available for the show since it was only one for a year. The profanity and nudity area surprise as well.

Marvel's Blade has always been a favorite character of mine. This version of Blade is pretty interesting. I like the updated look and the modern slant..The world changes and the vampires and vampire hunters have to change with it. Good stuff.

When I found that rapper Kirk Jones aka Stickey FIngaz would be replacing Wesley Snipes I myself was a skeptic of this series, because I enjoyed the movies a lot and didn't want the series to ruin that.e I watched it for the first time last night and it was awesome. Watching this show is like jumping into the comic, dark and twisted.It is very different because you don't hate the bad guy Marcus, you almost feel for him, and there is a mystery about him because he has sympathy but is very powerful and strong.It great because it has a little of everything plenty of action, blood, skin and good plots. Blade should never have been followed up with a TV series, but as an avid collector of all properties Marvel, this is a must have for the collection. I purchased it without hesitation and wouldn't regret buying the only season of the show.

I enjoyed the movie versions starring Wesley Snipes. I missed the TV Cable series when originally broadcast, but saw the pilot for it. Sticky Fingaz is a good actor to play the part of "Blade". The series should be entertaining.

Wesley Snipes is Blade. Anyone else is just an imitation. Having said that, this series isn't bad. It was promising; however it had a quick hook. Should have had another season or more. It's worth a look if you're interested.

This was a good TV Series and the guy did a great job playing the Day walker. If you are a fan of Blade, you cant go wrong with this. Good Purchase.

This short lived series has been out for awhile. If you like the genre and the characters, will be worth picking up on sale, not strong enough of show to pay full retail though.

Even though Wesley Snipes is not in this tv series it still kicks major butt. The actors are totally engaged and the story line keeps you going back for more. If you're a fan of action packed suspense, this is for you. At the price I paid it's a real Good bargain, too.

Was hesitate at first to watch it due to Wesley Snipes not playing the lead role. After seeing it, by a friend's recommendation, I enjoyed it.

It really is a shame this series didn't get a second season. It featured very good writing and expanded the Balde universe beyond the movies.

Another actor assumes the Blade mantle in the gripping TV series. It still has the great fight scenes we expect form the character.

This show did more to expand upon and delineate the Blade mythos than both of the last two films put together. Not only were the stories engaging, but the acting was top notch! Highly recommended for Blade fans and Vampire fans alike!

I enjoyed the Blade movies that I have seen. Someday when I'm bored I'll throw on the tv series and see how good it really is.

I support this show it was decent definitely worth 2 or 3 seasons unfortunately this was all that was given. But this is solid show the movie leading to the show was ok also
