Although there are lots of other Metroidvanias on the Switch, this one sets itself apart by being extremely tough and rewarding. With amazing visuals and tight controls, this is a great game to add to the collection if you are a fan of the genre.

If you love metroidvania style games, this one is a gem. There are some brutal pixel animations in here too, if you’re a fan of gore, and the music is pretty good too. Check it out. There’s even a demo online if you want to give it a shot first.

This game is good but it can be a little hard sometimes. The art style is unique and creepy.

Thankfully they released a 2nd physical copy of this game. The first one was released by Limited Run and unfortunately sold out quickly and made it impossible to find. Glad I got this copy. This game is like a 2D Dark Souls mixed with Metroidvania.

Honestly this is my favorite modern game since BOTW. Its a very challenging game but when you get gud its the perfect level of hard and fun. There is also a free DLC you can download. Free content is rare! Enjoy this one!

But a well made one with some great gory details. Add it to the collection before it becomes a rare find.

If you’re into “Metroidvania” games with a hardened difficulty this is your game. Very difficult game but the artwork and mythology kept me coming back. Haven’t finished it yet, but I’ll try at least.

I own this game digitally and sadly i missed out on the first run . As soon as the complte edition was announced i couldnt wait to own it . Amazing in my opinion graphics are top notch

Great indie game. Very limited title so grab it now. Fun action platformer with more of a gritty take which is not what Nintendo is known for. Pick this up for sure.

A very dark and scary game! If like souls being lost and evil coming in and scaring the heck out of you. Get this game! You won’t regret it!

I'll make this short. It's a Metroidvania game that has a mood of Soulborne series. It's hard initially but once you learn from your mechanics and don't go Leeroy on it, it might be easy. Regardless, I enjoy this but be warned that the theme is on the religious side.

This game is sooooo good YOURE doing yourself a disservice by not playing this it’s so beautiful and the gameplay, while tough, is so satisfying

This is one of the best Metroidvania games I played. The style is dark, beautiful, and retro, and the gameplay is quite challenging.

Blasphemous takes a few well trodden genres and mashes them into something that is fun, rewarding and downright beautiful. Its story, themes and macabre nature will not suit everyone but I could not get enough of it. Its difficulty is near-perfect, not too hard but enough of a challenge to please most players. Metroidvania fans, Souls-like fans and gamers who want a challenge will revel in this games gorgeously crafted world. Its a brilliantly crafted experience that needs to be played.

Super hard but a good challenge. This is very much a souls like game. It’s difficult but in a good way. The music and art style is awesome. They get so detailed with the character designs. The mechanics feel great and responsive.
