It was fairly easy to assemble with good directions. It has everything you need to gain muscle and stay fit.

Make sure you are home when delivered. Unfortunately I had a Stroke which kept my out of my home by time the equipment was delivered. I’m back home 6 months later slowly getting back to a new normal which includes exercising. Was getting ready to use my equipment to find out the following issues: - The back part of the bench has a misaligned bar which does allow the part to seat properly in place making the equipment unusable. - There was a nut missing. The people who came to install the equipment decided they could simply leave things as it was and fool my mother who did me the favor of receiving the delivery. Had to go buy a nut to complete their work. - The leg bar was mounted incorrectly and could barely be moved. Had to fix it. So, if you are going to buy it, make sure you inspect it and require service to be setup if necessary. Unfortunately the time to return it has passed so I’ll have to either keep it. Require repair. Or throw away a $1K equipment.

The Bowflex Blaze was exactly the home gym that I was looking for. The 60 exercises cover every muscle group, and are easy to set up. Best Buy had the best price by far for this product, which included free delivery-very important as this machine weighs over 200 pounds. The assembly directions that come with the Bowflex are very clear and easy to follow. One person assembly is doable, but 2 people would make it go faster and easier. The fact that the bench folds up makes this machine very compact, using a minimum of floor space in the stored mode. The 210 pounds of resistance is upgradable, but we will leave that for the future.

This is a good machine. Dont expect the greatest full body exercise all in one. The leg exercises and options are great the upper body can be slighlty weird. This with some free weights and a good diet will get you the results you desire. I will recommend this to everyone as a part of their exercise routine but not as their only routine.

I love this workout unit! It folds up when not in use and has multiple exercises you can do just by switching cables. It’s a total body strength training machine.

Very well built. Not too time consuming to put together and ive used everday since buying with bo issues.

It is a good product. The tension rods instead of weights mean that you really have to choose to push yourself. And it can be a pain to switch up the machine when switching exercises. But it is what you make of it.

Really like the machine amd the ease of use. Able to switch between exercises seamlessly.
