    Nonexistent customer service. Recalled product and they made product unusable to submit claim 2/2024. No replacement and no communication and it’s 4 months later. Phone number doesn’t work either- just hangs up on you.

      BlendJet is conducting a voluntary recall in collaboration with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). We have developed specialized replacement base kits for this purpose and are diligently manufacturing and testing them to guarantee complete safety before shipping them out to all affected individuals.
