This movie was beyond excellent I enjoyed every minute of it.

When I watched this film I was expecting a good movie but nothing too over the top but wow this movie was fantastic.

Based out in Oakland. A great movie to see representation.

Daveed Diggs and Rafael Casal have hit a home run with this film on a shoestring budget. They also star in the film. Though it is a comedy, it's a drama in disguise. This film should also be part of any black history collection. For anyone familiar with Oakland, CA, you will recognize some of the unique aspects of that city and yet, it has the air of many urban environments. A film that can be viewed many, many times.

This is a really good film in terms of story, production, and scenery/location. The only reason I cannot rate this a five star is that in the climactic scene at the end of the movie was portrayed in a way that I don't think was realistic-I think a bit of film writing liberties were taken with that scene. But all-in-all a very good movie.

This film, along with The Hate You Give, deserved oscars but didn't even seem to hit the radar. its a shame that this little indies don't get the recognition they deserve. A must for Hamilton fans

This movie made Daveed Diggs. I bet the bank that he got the Hamilton (Marquis de Lafayette / Thomas Jefferson) role because of this movie.

not something most would like but I did, good story if you pay attention

The movie is great, handles many issues while being entertaining. Also the special features are great for this independent film, they really give you a view of the process the movie went through

Truly loved how this movie in it's own quirky with comedy way, brought to the forefront the issue of race/ police issues / gentrification / along with friendship.

A great film that I felt was overlooked when released. Watch it as it represents Oakland really well, delivers a thoughtful message and is funny as well.

Great movie, bay area relevant. Has lots of hyphy music and talks about gentrification and how it’s affecting communities while being funny and serious at the same time

This is a great item I would definitely recommend the high definition is amazing and just as great of a movie

I've been waiting to see this since the theater release and I'm so glad I got it. Great movie especially if you're into hip hop.
