I have owned the 2nd generation, 3rd generation and recently purchased the 4th generation Blink. The setup was incredibly easy, even for someone like me who isn't super tech-savvy. I had it up and running in under 15 minutes! What I love the most is the crisp video quality—day or night, the footage is clear and detailed. The night vision works surprisingly well, which gives me peace of mind knowing I can monitor any activity even in the dark. Another big plus is the battery life. Blink advertises up to 2 years on two AA batteries, and so far, it’s living up to the hype. I haven’t had to replace them yet, and it’s nice not to worry about constant recharging or battery changes. The motion detection is on point too. You can customize the sensitivity, and I get notifications sent straight to my phone whenever there's movement. It’s super helpful when I'm away from home, and the two-way audio lets me communicate with anyone near the camera.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE!!! Setup was so EASY!!! This is the 3rd security camera we have purchased. The other two we took back beings setup was ridiculous, we could never get them to work. After watching several youtube videos on the BLINK OUTDOORS I decided to order one. If it didnt work then strike 3 im out!! Ordered online and next day the camera set arrived. Honest to god within 5min tops the camera was setup and ready to go. We purchased the one camera set for $99 which again, can NOT BE BEAT.. But we wanted to see if it would work. Few days later we purchased another camera. 10-24-21 I got on line and seen bestbuy.com had the blink outdoor cameras for $59.99 oppose to $89.99 so guess what lol I ordered my 3rd camera. These cameras can be setup and moved around at any time, anywhere!! Indoors or out. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE BLINK OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERAS. Worth every penny for the price. Saturday Oct 23rd 2021 I got to use the voice activation for the first time. I moved the camera to where our Chihuahuas lay to keep an eye on them while running to store. When i jumped on to do a LIVE VIEW checking on my dogs they was all barking like crazy. I pushed the TALK BUTTON And yelled, GUYS LAY DOWN!!! You are fine. NICO, GET OVER THERE AND LAY DOWN!! Shilo you tooooo. The dogs all stopped lol they had no clue where i was lol , yet they did EXACTLY as told. AMAZING!!! OMG I LOVE!! Now i can keep an eye on my house as well as my pets. I cannot say enough good about these cameras. I get alerts within minutes.. For the price they are worth every penny!! And NO!! You DO NOT Have to purchase any fees what so ever. The module allows you to insert usb port and download videos your self. As well as SHARE your videos. What is there to loose. You dont like , return and get your money back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THANKS BLINK

I prefer Blink over Ring for cameras because of the price of the gear and plans. They are easy to place and are not very dependable. The batteries can last over a year depending on the traffic in the area. Image quality is great even at night.

Purchased this camera as an add-on to my already existing Blink system. Already had 5 installed since 8 months ago and I LOVE this system. Easy to set up or add on, install, and app works well with a flash drive that downloads recorded events right at home, rather than pay monthly fees. Super satisfied! Camera records in great quality too! Better than my friend's Simpli Safe system! Decent price when on sale at $59.99 ea. too! Great time to add on! I do purchase the better mounting bracket that shelters the camera better against weather. Just my preference, Love that I can talk to anyone I see in any of my cameras when it is capturing movement. Have recommended to many of my friends.

Absolutely love these cameras. They are very effective in sensor activated security. Very fast notification, excellent video quality, excellent night quality, and the sound quality is excellent. Super easy to install. Only challenge is the night vision infared sensor sometimes whites out vision if its set up too close to an object. Really enjoy two way voice through the camera. The app is easy to use to arm and disarm the system. The system is easy to set up and add additional cameras, and can have up to 10 cameras on one system.

Added this camera to three other that I have had for more than 3 years. The biggest change from the earlier versions is the addition of a speaker for communicating through the camera. It also has a shinier finish. It was easy to add the camera to the current system. The image quality appears to be about the same as the earlier cameras which is good. The battery life of the existing cameras have been very good. The camera with the most use lasted about a year and a half. The two other ones lasted close to three years.

We bought 4 of these, a Sync Module 2 and 3 Blink Doorbells. These work really well, but the delay in getting notifications and in viewing the live video could be better. That is why I rated it 4 out of 5 stars. The deer coming into the yard at night really show up well on the cameras. I have had to work with the settings several times so adjust the different settings like for the time length, the quality and the different zones. Which brings me to another cool feature. On the camera settings, you have zones that you can turn off for motion detection. You also have advanced zones. For example: our front door camera picks up cars driving by, people walking, dogs, and it also picks up the ferns on the front porch. So, when the wind blows, the motion detector picks it up. Setting the zones to ignite those areas, which is super easy to do, allows me to get notified when I need to, and not when there are other frequent things mentioned above. It’s great. I have the sync module 2, but I decided to keep the subscription service, because I feel like the service is good and it allows me to get live feed via notification. It’s a great system and I plan on adding on.

These cameras are probably the best purchase you can make when it comes to reliable home security surveillance. The cameras are extremely easy to setup and install anywhere you need them. This newer outdoor version has clearer video and great two way audio capability. Added the fact that they’re completely wireless makes these cameras one of the best home security cameras on the market.

I received a two camera kit as a gift and after setting them up, I decided to buy a few more cameras. They are super easy to setup and install, and they look great. We have them connected with our ring security system and you can fine tune how sensitive they are to movement and a whole lot of other adjustments. Awesome camera.
