For one, the placement of the camera has to be set just right to not get a halo effect when in night vision mode. The alert time for all blink cameras is unacceptable. When it detects motion it has to wake up, record the event, send it to the cloud, and when that's done it will send you an alert. So most videos are of the back of someone leaving. Or nothing at all. This was referring to the new outdoor camera. The mini is better because it doesn't have to wake up as it's wired. All in all, it has potential and the price I paid on sale was good, but like I said, it needs some tweaks from Blink.

I can check if the mailman picked up my packages on my porch or just check on my dog. I was able to do it all by myself which means you can too!

There is a little delay between someone walking in front of the camera and when i get notified. It could be the WiFi in my area though. Great video quality.

It was a good purchase and easy to install. The only thing i wish it did was store or play back.
