Not bad for the price. Only issue is that the mount not that great.

Every move makes he camera go off which wastes the battery life

The camera has to be kind of close so can’t really be hidden

Camera may be fine but could not install because software requires ios 10.0 or later. Instructions indicated camera would work with earlier ios phones, but only if you have the ap already on your phone. Why would you? Current ap will not download from apple store.

Costumer service will blame any problem on anything but the camera. These cameras record in segments from 10 sec to 60 sec, and this recordings upload to a cloud that is not too big. All of my cameras have had problems, one of them its actually being replaced, but my other two will record in segments of as low as 1 second. Representative said it was the speed on my router to which I told them that speedtest gave a 115 mbps speed, also tried to blame it on distance but i live in an apartment for god sake. Anyway, stay away from these cameras.

I had high hopes for this unit and it met all my criteria for what I wanted in a camera system, but I never could get the sync module to connect to my new router (Netgear). It would with my old router (Linksys) which was failing. Blink blamed the router. Everything I read on their service page was pointing at a failed sync module but they would not accept responsibility. I was not going to hassle with it and Best Buy was not going to honor the sale price I originally got it at to replace it. I may try again with their next model.

The image was not great at night. I could not identify the face of the image. The Ring was more expensive, but I could identify the face of the image with Ring. I would only recommend this product if you have good lighting at night.

better cameras available for cheaper prices. the quality and app setup is not worth the price for this camera. also camera arrived with a defect and customer service did not contact me back after leaving a message.

I am not really impressed with these cameras. You get a small view when they notify you of movement. My Arlo cameras are better.

Don't waste your money! This system eats up battery and is also very unreliable! It will pick up things that are not there and won't pick up things clear in front of the camera. Put your money elsewhere!

No matter the setting, the three cameras we have installed around our house capture maybe 25% of the action, and that's if we're lucky. I've followed all the tips and tricks and nothing has worked.

Works sometimes and doesn't other times, not consistent at all. Even purchased a cord to plug it in so it can't be the batteries, bought a wifi extender as well. So obviously just buy a more expensive camera with a better track record I guess instead of purchasing all the extras to have it still work only on occasion.

I put my camera up and thought it would be great but it kept recording every min or 2. I set the sensitivity on 6 instead of 9 on the motion activation part and then it didn't record or pick up any motion. Batteries were supposed to last 2 years? Mine made it about 4 days. I returned. I don't think I was but I could have been setting it up wrong. I did get a message sayin the "camera is busy" Still not sure what that was about!

That’s a good, I have to work on this camera little bit more it worked fine indoors to look outdoors but at night time it flashed back into the camera cannot see anything

The price was good and the size of the camera was good. It took up about 10 hours of my time and i couldn't get them to work. So i return them. I blame myself for that.

The cameras were clear and easy to set up, but I wanted to be able to mount them, The mounting hardware that came with them is of no use, so I couldn't use for my purpose
