Excellent service and always there. I can always walk into a best by and find what I’m looking for for the best price. The fact that I can go in a demo some things , to pick up the item , to feel it and see it with my own eyes in person is a whole different experience . Thanks Best Buy dudes for staying in business .

I purchased this online taking the bulk of the reviews in good faith. The code did not work. I tried on my phone app, desktop app, site, and the same “Oops! Something went wrong” error. I contacted Blizzard and explained my situation. The GM said that this error is due to the card not being activated. I was not provided with a reciept in my package which means there is NO proof of it being activated. Clearly someone there failed at their job. They scanned it to send it out but never actually activated. That’s $100 they charged me for basically a piece of paper and a bubble mailer. You are taking a risk when buying this. This might have a 4 and a half star rating. But that means nothing when you’re stuck being one of the unlucky ones to be sold an invalid card. I will be contacting them online and in store if need be. Until they resolve this, my review stays in a one star status. It honestly deserves 0.

The $100 Digital Blizzard Balance Card is seriously one of the most painless ways to fuel your Battle.net habit or treat a friend who lives on Azeroth or in Sanctuary. Forget messing around with credit card numbers—you buy the code, it gets emailed to you almost instantly, and you punch it into your account. Boom, you're $100 richer in the Blizzard ecosystem.
I've used these cards mainly for major purchases, and they're clutch. Need to pay for a whole year of World of Warcraft sub time? Perfect. Want to pre-order the massive Collector's Edition of the next Diablo expansion? It handles it. Since it's digital, there's no plastic card floating around, which is a nice perk for organization.

I've never had a bad experience at this location and today was no different.
Came in to get some Christmas shopping done early and was having trouble locating this gift card. I had multiple associates help me track this down (no easy feat) and I want give Daniel a shoutout for doing what he could to help. With all of the possible kiosks and end caps where gift cards are located, I swear he did multiple laps around the store. He had even offered a digital alternative that he could help the cashiers with if needed. (apparently there was a hidden compartment on one of the gift card racks with even more gift cards - some mystery novel type stuff)
Again, can't speak highly enough of this store as a whole and the helpfulness and insight I've gotten from associates at every area of the store. (From cashiers, geek squad, and other floor associates)
