The product shipped was not as advertised.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The product described by Best Buy was incorrect. The carafe was not included as advertised. They promised to take care fo that, but after 1 month I am still waiting for customer service. The dimensions listed were also incorrect. The product was not tall enough to fit my coffee carafes under it. I had to construct new legs for the bottom of the machine to raise the height.

We appreciate your concern and wanted to let you know that there was a mistake in the specifications for this coffeemaker. The specifications listed that the carafe was included, when in fact it is not. We have since corrected the error indicating that the carafe is not included and sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. We hold ourselves to higher standards than this and want to make sure we meet the expectations created by our product dimensions in the future.
