Love this move let my girl watch it for the first time she cries when he didnt go back to his little girl

"Blow" is an EXCELLENT movie. If memory serves correct, I did see this in the movie theatre, BUT definitely remember buying the DVD and watching it at home; it has that Scorsese look and feel and made in the mold of his movies like his "Goodfellas" and "casino" movies. And as always, Depp is great. Too bad it was not nominated for many awards. I bought this again, but this time on bluray, due to a couple reasons: 1- was a BEST BUY (cheap price) at my local Best Buy store, and, 2- I used to work and live in Colombia, South America and even drove by Pablo Escobar's house in Medellin. I LOVE THIS MOVIE anyway. Moves fast. PLUS!, it is a true story. AND the extra features on the bluray are fantastic! It has more extras than the dvd. And the bluray picture and sound are much better than the dvd. BUT just could not resist re-buying because BEST BUY had the cheapest and the BEST price for this movie. So, "BLOW" on into BEST BUY, and pickup your bluray copy of "BLOW"! And INHALE this movie! It will make you feel "excited" and "good"! ADIOS, amigos! Disfrute!, ah, ENJOY!

Got this to add to my dvd collection. Great acting throughout the whole movie.

Always enjoy watching this movie never gets boring

This movie does not over glorify the dug trade and being a true story it was a powerful film.

Johnny Depp was great in this role. This is based on a true story. Really interesting on how he got into the business. Sheds light on how some people think about how easy it is to make money doing this business.

Based on the real life story of George Jung, who in a few short years would become the largest cocaine dealer in America, but whose precipitous fall from grace and wealth makes this a must-see film. I have yet to see a bad performance from Depp--that alone should be a qualification to view this movie.

I enjoyed this movie from start to finish! It shows a life that started from the bottom and worked his way up to the top. Then back to a normal (or somewhat of a normal life). Very interesting movie. Great group of actors! Was also based on a true story! Worth checking out if your into crime movies!

Depp's acting is great in this movie about going from small time to a big dealer and the seriousness, life changing, and utter loneliness that getting mixed up in this kind of lifestyle can bring to an individual. Although only a movie, this film portrays how life can truly be for those who take this path.

JOHNNY DEPP IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE ACTORS AND HE WAS AT HIS BEST IN THIS MOVIE! THE FACT THAT IT IS BASED ON A TRUE STORY WAS APPEALING TO ME AS I AM VERY INTERESTED IN REAL CRIME STORIES MADE TO MOVIES. THIS DEFINITELY A MOVIE THAT WILL NOT GET OLD IN MY BOOK! GREAT CAST!

Blow is a terrific look at one of the largest drug cartels ever to exist. Johnny Depp is brilliant in this film and it's strange to think that underneath all of his colorful and over the top characters that he is a tremendous actor.

I could not believe I came across this movie on Blu-ray. I was thrilled!! It is extremely difficult to find anywhere in-store. I was at the right place at right time. Only cost $9.99. Way better viewing experience than DVD. One of my fav movies.

Have been looking for this for a long time. Just stumbled upon it in BestBuy and I wasn't even looking for it at the time! Will have to spend a few hours in my local store and find all the movies I've been missing. Thanks.

Good picture quality. This movie is about Gorge Jung who became the largest importer of cocaine to the United States.

So, this is my favorite rise/ fall 'powder' stories. Even over Scarface! If you haven't seen it, you need to. The acting is great, and since it's on blu-ray, it looks really good on my 4K UHD TV. Highly recommend.

Blow is a really great movie that dives into the late 70's early 80's drug epidemic. Johnny Dep is really Awesome in this movie along with a great line up of cast members that put this story together greatly.

The movie is very good but I largely bought this movie because Penelope Cruz looks amazing in the film. (Acting chops? The jury is still out.) The BluRay transfer is impeccable and the sound is equally outstanding!
