im gonna start by stating that this is by far my favorite movie ever...and its not even close. dont be fooled by the fact that its not insanely mainstream and it didnt win 10 grammys. this movie incredible from start to finish. everytime i ask someone if theyve seen this movie their response is always "is that the one about cocaine?". yes, but its SO much more than that. you get so attached to the characters, you witness the rise and fall of a small town boy and the cocaine empire that was the medellin cartel...not to mention that this could very well be johnny depp's best performance. now beware, there isnt a lot of action in this movie and its not 100% historically correct, but if you go into this movie with an open mind, you'll come out happy that you did.

This is a great movie, my wife and I love it! It based on the true life story of George Jung. Johnny Depp is amazing in this movie. It also stars Ray Liotta and Penelope Cruz, (and is it just me or does Penelope Cruz always play a psycho. I'm just sayin'.)This movie will have you laughing and crying. I highly recommend it! Also, if you like true life stories of the same genre, you should watch Goodfellas, Casino, and Scarface.

Ever wonder how Cocaine became the drug of choice between 1960-1980? Well this movie featuring wonderful acting and an amazing screenplay will explain it in a very entertaining way!

This was a really good movie. It has some of everything in it, it is lighthearted and funny in some places and serious in others. This movie told a very good story, Ive seen it about 10 times and I enjoy it every time.

This story is amazing and even more amazing is it is based on a true story. Johnny Dept did an amazing job playing George Jung and I would recommend this movie to anyone!!!!

this is a great movie-it has soo many different situations and you really feel like you are experiencing everything with them in the movie-its fun and exciting and just awesome-i love it
