Bluetooth disconnects Daily and must be turned on /off to restore. Aps won't install because it thinks it is out of memory when it has plenty, including a 64gb SD card. Support is horrible. I will never buy this brand again.

Was very disappointed with this phone, sounded like I was underwater when ever I called anyone. Cheap is cheap but this was really not worth the money I spent

My phone accept to connect with the wifi and after 3 days, no more connection, its refused to connect. So I changed the phone because I bought five for gift, I has the same problems. Very disappointed.

Purchased for my mom and its made using a phone almost impossible to many glitches

I purchased this phone for my daughter. The same day I received it, I took it T-Mobile to get it activated. I spent about two hours in the T-Mobile store, trying out different SIM Cards and none of them worked. I tried to return it to a store and they would not allow me.

I easily get what I need because of good customer services, I love this phone and I bought for my brother as a gift and he really like it

Easy to use and navigate around, it's an okay first phone.

using apps is very slow. screen is slow. can't install any new apps because there is insufficient memory. I installed microSD but the phone is not smart enough to use it for new apps despite making changes to the settings that direct all new apps installed to microSD. camera quality is very poor. basically, the only reason you would be this phone is if you just need something comparable to a flip phone but you are embarrassed to have a flip phone.
