Also, it is very slow compared to other phones I had to buy.

The Geek squad guy, however, was no help at all...very brusque to the point of being RUDE. He never said his name nor wore a badge.

The camera isn't the best and if you are not holding the phone you will need a speaker or headphones but the screen quality is excellent. It's very bright and the colors are vibrant. It is much better than many other phones at the same price. I would buy it again. I think this phone brand is a hidden gem.
