Jacked up phone

In the moment I called to activate the phone, I was told this specific device wasn’t compatible. All the features work great! I actually loved it and the color option was beautiful.

I was charged a 45 restocking fee! What a joke. I will NEVER buy anything from Bestbuy! Lost a customer!

The primary complaint I have is that the green. button no longer turns the phone off or on when held in!! I'm supposed to accept a new "voice assistant" now, to do that, right? THAT I'm not using. Apparently I've got no choice, but I want use of the green button back!!
