The phone is a 5 star for appearance. However the phone lags and durability is poor. My daughter dropped her phone once and it shattered in the back like a mirror.

I've had many phone over the years especially androids. I'm a android type of person & this phone definitely the best android I've had over the years.

This phone is a reasonable option if you need a temporary device, though its frequent malfunctions and rapid battery drain make it frustrating to use—and it arguably should cost less.

Phone stopped working after a month if having it. No drops, no cracked screen, no nothing. It just decided to stop working.

My son is happy and satisfied with his phone we purchased through Best buy customer service was a helpful and deserves a raise.

Didn’t even last a year, about 4 months in stopped holding a charge and was constantly restarting. Could barely have two apps open and would lag even when trying to pause a video or answer a phone call. Would even turn the screen green when on TikTok for some reason. DO NOT BUY THIS. BUY A REAL PHONE THAT CAN GET IN TOUCH WITH PEOPLE AND OPEN APPS.

I originally bought this device because it was marketed as if it was compatible with a specific wireless provider. In the moment I called to activate the phone, I was told this specific device wasn’t compatible. All the features work great! I actually loved it and the color option was beautiful.

My phone broke and I needed something immediately. This was a great choice and I don't have to be in as much of a hurry to get the device I really want.

This phone is the slowest phone I've ever owned. This phone is made for those situations where you really need a phone to just have a phone.

Generally, this economical phone works fine. The primary complaint I have is that the green. button no longer turns the phone off or on when held in!! I'm supposed to accept a new "voice assistant" now, to do that, right? THAT I'm not using. Apparently I've got no choice, but I want use of the green button back!!
