Terrible… just terrible

I was charged a 45 restocking fee! What a joke. I will NEVER buy anything from Bestbuy! Lost a customer!

Why...This is a new phone. After my research and speaking with the store reps before I purchased the phone, I still received a phone that is useless. To top it off, Best Buy wants to charge me to return the phone for a restock fee. I thought about purchasing a laptop with Best Buy before this ordeal, but now I will not purchase anything else from them.
