Speaker keep going out can’t hear and nobody can hear me

I know this thing is dirt cheap, but its absolute trash. Slow and buggy, and was so bad, ATT wouldn't even recognize it when I put in a sim. I was going to try to just use it as a stream device, but its performance is even too bad for that.

I gave as a gift. After a month the phone stopped working. Calls won’t go through Super slow turning on. Not a good phone. A waste of money.

great phone gets the job done, the only I complain about the processing is slow and the internet set is confusing, and I get ads compared to the other phones from this brand. phone is good for personal use only if you're using to make calls.

I don't know whether Android v13 is a bold departure from prior versions, or if BLU modified it in horrendously ill-advised ways, but the OS is a steaming pile of hippo dung. Where iOS is simple, Android 13 simply shows utter disdain for the user. Where prior Android versions were organized reasonably consistently in "I guess that makes sense" groupings, Android 13 threw organization to the 4 winds to fall where it may. The hardware is excellent for a low-end phone and it didn't deserve such a convoluted OS that treats the user like a thumb-sucking idiot who can't launch an app without using Google Assistant (No, seriously, some apps are hidden and you have to ask Google Assistant to launch them for you, great googly moogly). So if you've choked back your bile and learned to not love, not deal with, not forgive, but grudgingly stomach with clenched teeth the nightmare that is Android 13 this is an inexpensive smartphone that will last you a few years of smartphone evolution. If you believe an OS should make sense and draw on prior learning, RUN FOR THE HILLS! IT'S EVIL! P.S., BLU, 2 days on a charge is NOT good battery life. My Android BlackBerry KeyOne would last 6 days on a charge.

This phone is awesome and so cute! I love yhd color blue to silver magnetic pearl the camera is great and the battery life is amazing and lasts forever! Best 100$ I ever spent, thus 2024##

Good price , nice color , just what we were looking for.

Very good and easy to connect to my service provider. My daughter has dropped it many times already and it's still going really well. I'm more than happy with this phone. I always get my phones from bestbuy for the last few years now. I will continue to get all my electronics from bestbuy for many years to come.

It was a good price, but it has randomly shut off a couple of times.
