Started off as a great phone. Since my purchase 2 months ago, the price is much cheaper. The front camera while using Google Duo seems very cloudy/blurry even after fixing the settings. As of today I had to call for a warranty issue because the phone is no longer charging.

I hesitated on what phone to buy after reading mixed reviews on Blu's products. I had previously owned a Blu phone and loved it, except it had very little memory. This camera has more memory than my Samsung Tablet! I can download apps without worrying about running out of space after the first dozen "necessary" ones. Unlike other reviewers, I haven't noticed any major issues with photo quality or the speaker phone. I love how Blu tends to include protection screens and silicone cases free with their phones. It doesn't do 5G, but it does provide 4G LTE service. This is a great value for the money.

Bought this phone and it's really good. The camera, the storage and RAM are all steals for this price but the only problem is that its VoLTE isn't compatible with Striaght Talk's upgrade, and when I asked if it was compatible, a BestBuy person told me yes, so I have to replace the phone, but I hear if you use AT&T, it's great.

I bought this phone for my son and he loves it. He wanted a blue colored phone at first but then he said he wanted a purple phone so this phone was perfect considering the fact that the phone's color is blue and purple. I myself personally love the color of the phone it's very appealing. The phone performance is great for him. It has enough ram and storage space for his games and etc. Nice lighting on the phone as far as display goes it's very bright. He loves it.

I had hoped this was the perfect phone for the money. It is nice. There are two problems I am having. First the speaker when on speaker phone is way too weak. It is louder when on media for some reason. All volume settings are maxed. Second I can not receive notifications from my arlo security cameras. It is not a simple setting issue. Now something I love. something with this phone takes spam, text and calls, and puts it in a folder where I am not bothered with it. I have a huge spam problem. the cameras are very nice and all else seems to be well

This is a powerful phone. I bought this for my wife, to replace her Samsung. It is fast, with 2 GHz and 128 GB of memory that you can supplement with up to a 128 GB micro SD card. That's a lot of music and photos! The battery lasts all day, and my wife uses the phone a lot. With the Qi wireless charging (you need to buy that as an accessory), keeping charged is even easier. The phone syncs to WiFi very well and the 4G LTE is strong. The cameras, both front and rear, are very good, and the triple lens in the rear is very flexible. Internet use is very fast, both on WiFi and LTE. It is a great phone, that I like even better than my BLU Viva Xi, which I love. This is a premium phone for half the price.

Good cell phone good for memory space sometimes it's a little buggy when moving through applications.

Overall, it is a nice device with all the necessities such as headphone, screen protector and phone case included. The only negative is it's average battery life. Otherwise it has a very high value for it's price

does everything i need it to do. i was pleasantly surprised to find that it came with a screen protector and case in the package. even better, the phone has wireless charging.

I'm so pleased with my purchase as well as the service that Best Buy provides. My Blu phone takes very good clear pictures. When travelling, I always take my tablet as a back up but now I just use my phone for taking photos. Selfies are not distorted. Texts are also so clear that I don't even need to use my reading glasses (unlike my old phone). It has so many features or functions that I haven't fully explored or set up to use.

The Blu phone has 2 sim card slots so I can have 2 separate phone numbers on one phone. This is a great feature. Additionally, I can take one out when I travel to different countries and have one US number and one for the country I am traveling within.

This phone comes with a screen protector and a nice sturdy cover. To prevent injuryto the phone, the cover is reinforced in several places, including the corners. a very handy little phone worth every penny oh, and one of the cheapest around! Count me very satisfied!

2nd BLU Phone for me. These are awesome!! The same phone in Apple world is 1000.00. Fast, tons of memory, face scan, fingerprint scanner, 3 cameras.

Nice Android 10 dual SIM phone with large memory. Comes with sturdy rubber case and screen protector. Fast processor and speedy Wifi.
