The whole experience was awful, up till then I had been a loyal customer, but NO MORE! From mis information to the rudeness and arrogance at the customer service counter.

This is the 4th BLU product that we've purchased. And while we've not had this one for very long, it has a pedigree that I have no doubt that it will follow suit. We use unlocked as we travel and use local SIMs, e.g. Giffgaff in the UK, Orange in Switzerland. The downside of this, versus the Life One that this is replacing, is that it "only" has a multi-function slot in addition to the SIM, the Life One had 2 sims plus memory card. But, with 128 GB of onboard RAM. The downside is if the phone ever fails, there will be no memory card to simply pull out (like in the Life One), we're having to rely on DropBox for backup. Not that electronics ever fail. To be fair, the preceding Life One did NOT fail, I just worry. To be good in the travel role, the phone has to have multiple radios and work on a wide variety of frequencies, the G9 Pro does, the camera is fantastic. The fingerprint reader has been reliable and I've just ordered a magnetic Qi charger for the car as this phone does wireless charging for us as well. The form factor is on the large size, the industry trend I suppose, but while it is comfortable in hand, it's a handful to bring along on a bike ride or if you don't have pockets. My Samsung is 9 months old, this phone wasn't available then. I would gladly have bought this in place of a 10e.

I've had this phone for about 2 and 1/2 months now and already the speaker button is not operative as well as the phone symbol to hang up the phone I have to turn the phone off just to in my phone conversation also there's a lot of backlash hurt by whomever you're talking to on the phone if you're texting someone while on the phone whether it be that person or another person the person on the receiving end hear the Morris cold sounding text not a good investment easy to operate but a cheap quality phone I wouldn't recommend it

Is there an option to activate the phone later? If so would i still be able to regularly use the phone with wifi to access apps and play games?

Our G9 Pro started having the widely known screen freeze issue. Phone reandomly freezes constantly, screen unresponsive. Googled and found this is a very commone problem. These phone are absolute junk. Customer service at Blu was awful, after setting up returns for both our phones (yes, bought the other flagship Blu phone too the Bold N1 which overheated constantly to the point where the charging part seperated its solder apparently). they setup the starting process for RMAs to return both phones; then emailed us for info needed; I sent them all the info on the phones and receipts; had 2 months left on warrranty. They then ignored all emails and every time I called they would not answer, got through once and they don't worry they will get back to us. They ran us out of our warranty. Was never able to get the final RMA to return. Do Not buy these phones, the features and fancy asthetics are nice but you will regret it.
