Worst of the worst
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This phone is direct proof that Google should come up with a minus 1-5 for items that are so inferior, so poorly designed and so useless as this phone. Even then I would give this phone a -6. This phone should be an embarrassment to Best Buy. With that said I bought one recently. It lasted 18 days until the microphone died,a long with several other minor glitches. I saw no reason to buy a store warranty so I walked out of Best Buy down $100 for the phone with a 14 day store warranty. Mercifully the phone died on the 18th day of ownership. The microphone went out. Rather than send the phone in to BLU for repair, I destroyed the phone and put it in the garbage, just what Best Buy should do with every BLU product on their shelves. Do not buy this phone.

overheating of the system very frequently

There is an over heat when entering your google account for example. It doesn't worth it the price. You have to restart the phone each 5 minutes.

The Worst Phone EVER TRASH

I was lso mis directed. Works good
