This phone is horrible. It drops a lot of calls. It was hard to even activate. Should have taken it back then. Sometimes texts or pictures don’t come through even while you are sitting right next to the person sending. And no, it’s not the network. Tried it with other phones and it works fine. And it is always dying. Shoot, sometimes it shuts off even when the battery isn’t dead

Very slow basic device. It is very easy to use! I just wish it had more ram.

The phone has a lot of features for the cost but it's processing lags substantially. Basically, current tech. has outpaced the phone, making the phone responds significantly slow. The slow processing outweighs all other benefits.

Picked one up as a temp while my Samsung was out for repair after I dropped it. The buttons were pretty unresponsive, screen swipes would lag, slow load times and having the charging port on top of the phone was really awkward. I was in a pinch so it worked for the short term. Couldn't imagine using it for longer than a week though.

What a piece of JUNK! It does NOTHING well, I have never had the Bluetooth stay connected for more than 2 minutes, usually much less. Took me three days and twenty tries to connect to a BT speaker. Needed the GPS today and was told it couldn't find the GPS network. Call quality sucks. Camera doesn't focus properly. Touch screen's garbage, often miss calls because it doesn't read the finger slide. Finger print sensor never works, I have yet to find a single thing it does well. Truly remarkable they have produced a phone that does absolutely nothing well. I assume this is the same Blu that makes vape pens, a vape pen is just a heating element, it has all the sophistication of an old incandescent light bulb or toaster. Cellphones are computers, Blu should stick with vape pens. Buy your phone from a company with the sophistication of a cell phone, not the sophistication of a toaster.

Good for a cheap temporary backup phone when your primary breaks

At time of purchase, asked that data from old phone be transferred to the new phone. However, most of the data was not transferred and was lost. Don't know whether it was a mistake made by the technician or whether this is a problem with the new phone.

Great phone, got it after my Lively Smart Phone battery went dead and couldn't find a replacement! Only had Lively phone since March 2022?

It's a good phone for the money, it came with is own case screen protector and case. The only thing I find a bit negative is the effort i have to do to open the phone to insert the sim card. Over It's a good phone for people on a budget.

Blu unlocked cellphone is not the best unlocked phone because it can't be use with all phone companies. It's an unlocked phone and can be use for few cellphone companies. I thought I can use for any phone companies when I bought it. When I received it, I tested out few cellphone companies and I realized it that I can use only few phone companies. I'm too please with it. I tested out few phone companies and finally I picked the cellphone company that I like and can be use with Blu Unlocked phone. Thanks

good device, great option for those who need something cheap and practical.

Its a cool phone, and would be a grate back up phone for rainy days but a, well the phone was supposed to be unlocked but it was not unlocked so i got a new phone i cant use its pretty awesome.

This a good cellphone, is not like the high gama cellphones but is still a good one with great quality
