Works every bit as well as comparable cell phones for a fraction of the cost.

Since I first got this phone I had issues unfortunately I lost the receipt the first day I got the phone. When I first opened the box and tried turning on the phone, it wouldn't work I thought it just needed charging so I plugged it if for about 4 hours and tried turning it on again and it would just go to the Blu logo and turn off again it would do that for about 10 minutes, I wouldn't even be able to use the phone cause it would be so hot so I left it for about an hour, when I finally got to it I was able to make calls and everything great then I tried connecting to WiFi and it kept telling me nothing would show up I looked up online and even contacted customer service no one had any idea why this phone didn't connect to WiFi. I had unlimited data so I wasn't too worried but then I noticed it I ever let the phone die or if for whatever reason it turned off it would always reboot the blue logo for 10 minutes overall I had this phone for maybe a month

I m very happy with this phone works great and Mexico good phone for what I pay was a very good deal

This phone is a good phone for a teenager and would recommend it to anyone who has teenagers.

This is a horrible phone. It kept dropping calls. Would not recommend.

Good phone with great features for the money spent

This phone only has 8 gigs of memory so that is equivalent to about 14 apps (depending on the size of course). This phone crashes all apps frequently, if you are doing something on your phone and a call comes in, it will not allow you to answer it. At this point I cannot send pictures through text message, and I haven't taken the time to figure out why not, but I can receive them though. I originally bought this phone to hold me over until my contract ended and I could get another phone I really wanted. But now I'm contemplating using this phone as a paper weight.

I upgraded to this phone. It has everything I need.

Works great! XL is rather large. This phone was exactly what my son wanted. Worked with ATT and able to play Pokemon Go.

Unfortunately didn't take the Best Buy warranty. After Two weeks phone didn't take a charge, contacted manufacturer, after one attempt to help me they referred me to call another number. This company is only open M-f till 5pm.

If you are trying to use local apps like note pad and dont have a good network connection the phone will freeze and the keyboard will be unresponsive

I have been in the wireless industry for about eight years I wanted a phone for an extra line I had on my accoun. My every day phone was a iPhone 6s Plus that I returned for a 6S because the plus just felt way too heavy. considering the research I did on this BLU phone being 5.5 inches and all it does not have the heaviness as the 6s plus but still feel like a premium phone. A phone like this makes me believe that the days of spending $600 for phones are over with companies like BLU and Alcatel are making great products this phone has been nothing but impressive since I got it I couldn't be happier with my purchase . Best way to compare it is to a Note 3 or Note 4 for a fraction of the price.
