The phone doesn't work properly 75%of the time. I'm not at all happy with it.

Not fully impressed. Lower quality camera and fairly slow operating system.

very hard to incoming calls, no instructions said how to do this simple task.

I actually didnt get insurance and dropped the phine and it broke quickly

The phone is a good replacement phone if you don't need to transfer data.

This phone has annoying adds built in wasting the resources. The phone in brand new form is slow and buggy before apps are installed. The camera is ok. The battery is ok. The screen is thin and cheaply made, it cracked fairly easy.

For some reason I am having great difficulty learning how to operate this phone. I cannot reliably place a call or accept one. When I think I have turned it off, I find out, hours later, that the battery is low. It is my first smart phone and the fault may be mine, but I am really unhappy with it.

I buy this product before and it works great. But particular phone is not good. It kept crashing, and sometime when I press buttons it won't work. I have to restart several times. It is horrible. I found this out after the return policy time had lapsed; and you won't accept it. No good!

As a temp phone till you get what you are looking for it will do.

If you have zero interest in apps. Then this phone might do the trick. I downloaded 5-7 apps like Facebook and it ran out of memory. Wifi kept disconnecting and disabling itself, even after factory reset. Looks nice but very basic smartphone.

Bought this phone for my daughter for Christmas, but it turned out that she could not hear the people she was trying to talk to... although they could hear her. She had to put them on speaker phone in order to hear them.

Battery faulty. No batteries available had to send it to some warranty 3rd party in Memphis, TN for an entire new phone replacement. 2 minutes to replace a batter or 4 weeks to get a new phone. Not recommended.

it broke 2 days outside of the 30 day return policy, not operator error, it just stopped working, completely, the LED doesn't even turn on when you plug it in. Useless.

Phone has only 8 gig internal memory and uses 5 plus just to run phone programming. Not with your time out money.
