Phone needs new update daily To function properly

I LOVE this phone. I wasn't planning on getting it, but I am so glad that I did. It does so much and does more than any other phone I've purchased before---and that's saying a lot. It's big and smooth. The camera is great. It feels so good in my hand. The colors and screen are bright. The sound is amazing. I can not believe how cheap this phone is. I thought it was a joke at first on the price. It is exactly what I was looking for in a phone. Inexpensive, effective, stylish, awesome features, BIG screen, smooth to the touch and just plain sexy!

I have had this phone for about 8 months. Works well with any app I have tried to use. System memory taken from the phone itself is about 4.5 gb and another 1 gb in required apps. Works much better with an external SD card but can only have a limited number of apps that can't be transferred from internal storage. However, screen size and clarity is great, camera is pretty good, speed is OK. For the price it is a good value.

I'm really picky about electronics and absolutely love this phone. I had the Samsung S6 and had nothing but problems with it and that phone is hundreds of dollars. I paid more for it on contract than on this one off contract. The camera is superior, the display is beautiful and it's as quick or quicker than the Samsung. The screen size is also great. It's not that much bigger than the Samsung but it's bigger width which is what matters most to me because I don't have to rotate the screen to be able to read text. I definitely recommend this phone.

Let me start off by saying that I am basing this review on the fact that this is a $100 phone and for that reason, I am not going to compare it to the Iphones and Galaxies of the world. IS this the fastest phone? No. Is it a great phone to use if you are not streaming multiple things at once or playing high graphic games? Absolutely. The phone loads smoothly and with a memory card inserted, it allows you plenty of room to store music and pictures as well as apps. The quality of the screen is much better than that of the budget friendly LG and Samsung devices. The Camera takes good pictures with the 13mp camera and for those of you who use your phone for Snapchat, Facebook, IG and other Social networking sites, this is a great budget friendly phone for you. Now, if you are looking for something with more power and that you want to play games on and run 15 things needlessly at once, this is not the phone for you.

This is a great unlocked phone. It has a decent camera, battery is fair, needs to charge every other day. Just put in my sim in and was up and running.

It lags BADLY, continually tells me it cant update because there is not enough storage left, (thats with NO downloads and a 32GB sd card). Cant keep up during phone conversations and hesitates all the time,(with the other person 10" away). i will give it KUDDO'S for the big screen and graphics tho. It will be the last BLU phone i ever own.

The price is good, but when you buy 8 GB is not enough space because the aps require updates all the time so it takes a lot of space, so ask for at least 16 GB. Also, I had problem with my headphone to plug in. I may have dropped the phone and know, I cannot plug my headphone. The 5.5" is good size.

I broke my phone and ,while waiting for replacement to come in, I purchased a new BLU phone to hold me over until mine was replaced. Now here is 2 weeks later, my phone has been replaced and I'm still using the BLU phone I purchased. That's how much I LIKE it. So now my original phone is my back up phone. Happy Customer Here.

I bought this phone to use after my contract was up with my current mobile carrier and at first I thought it was great. Now that I've been using it for almost 3 months it's a big disappointment. Inadequate storage, camera quality is much to be desired and can we say glitch much! I am currently looking at other phones to replace this p.o.s. with and I'm out $140 on top of buying a new phone. If you need a phone that has enough storage this isn't it, it may have 8gb but the phone uses half of that leaving you with 4gb even with a 32gb sd card I can no longer add any apps to my phone unless I delete something, mind you I still have 25gb on said sd card. Hassle, hassle. hassle

buyed this device for my wife and got 100% satisfaction. this has all feature which required on ideal phone.

This phone is unusable. I purchased 2 for myself and my husband. They are less than one month old and the speaker died on one, both are already out of storage. I have cleared my cache, downloaded no content, apps or taken any pictures. The storage is taken up by all the preinstalled apps and the OS. After a month of limping by, we no longer have space to install updates. Blu customer support was unhelpful and would not give us a refund. They only replace phones with the same modle...so great, now we can have 4 useless phones! I will ever buy a Blu product again.

Overall a nice phone but when I went into a hospital I lost all service. Everyone else had service but me. Wasnt my network, discovered was my phone. Guess its transmitter isnt strong enough to receive or send to the towers from inside the hospital.

The phone works OK for most functions, The problem particular to this model are mainly in multi media. It doesn't remember where you were in a podcast for play resumption. Before pausing make note of how far you are into a podcast so you can scrub through to where you were. If you are not heavy into using your phone for multimedia well then it's a good phone. Another thing, this is just personal, I don't like soft keys in the display it cheats you out of screen space They should be on the chin. By my standard this phone is truly 5.1 inches not 5.5. I have had several other BLU phones and they have all had various problems. Something usually broke in them when they upgrade to android 5.0

Great phone for international travel for gsm carriers as you just need to buy a local sim card and buy local calling credit. Will save you tons of roaming.

Had it for a month and no complaints. The one exception would be a lack of tech support from BLU.

Thinking your SD card will fix the 8gig issues you are wrong.. Even when you set it to download to SD it will not. The battery runs like a dollar store battery and charges very slowly. You will use it for 4 hours and it will be dead and take 8 hours to charge back to full. I am not exaggerating I charge it all day at work to use to for a couple hours at night by the time i get to work the next day it's dead. Get a phone with good battery life and good storage this is not what you want. its a junk

If ypu have short budget, Buy it...It's a good choice
