I still have the phone works great I will recommend two other people

it was very nice and capable to make wifi calling and gave it to my dad someone stole it when i came back for more there was none and i had to buy some more phones to share to the family i got me some different ones and my family are happy so am i thank you very much for your great customer service.

I must admit, this is just a gamble buying this device. Only bought it to use for my friend who lives overseas and needed a device to give to one of his brothers. May have to wait a bit to see how this works out. For now, I am gibing it 4 stars for the low cost. It had the latest Android OS preloaded on it.

The phone is awesome and looks great. Of importance to note is it uses the micro SIM card for cellular service. The unfortunate thing the plastic case has cracked in the upper left corner at the back and it was not bumped or anything. Every thing seems fine and I believe it will be a great phone.

so far, only problem was the "screen saver" I replaced the supplied plastic film with a supershieldz glass protector to eliminate problems with dust and air bubbles. Internal storage seems to be almost totally used up out of the box and may require additional SD card for additional storage.

I bought it for My Mother, She uses for taking Pictures, make some phone calls and use social media. She had smaller phones, but his 5.5" is big screen and clear. She loves it. 4g works perfect not fastest but works and get the job done.

I got this to use as a temporary replacement after my phone died. It is very basic. It does not have a lot of space for photos and music.

I bought this for my mom. She used to have a Windows phone but it took her very little to adapt to Android OS. Phone is fast and looks good. More important, mother likes it.

Excellent phone for the price Picture quality good

bought this unlocked phone for my wife. It had all the features that she wanted. We could not get it activated thru tracfone. Went back to BestBuy and the tech worked with us for an hour or more contacting tracfone. finally was told that this phone would not work with this carrier. Too bad. she really liked the features on this phone. But good news the tech was outstanding. People like him are the reason I shop at BestBuy.

I would recommend this phone to anyone that wants an unlocked smartphone. Most people think that it is a Samsung Galaxy smartphone. My only complaint is both the volume and power button being on the same side and my rear camera not being as clear as my past blu studio HD.

Very good product for the price is offered. Even though is a below 100 dollar phone it is snappy and the screen has a good quality. Can only be updated to android 5.1 (without doing any rooting and modding).

Purchased this Blu phone for my wife. Comparable features, similar to my Samsung Galaxy , but at a fraction what I paid. The only issue we have with this Blu phone is the battery. It has a somewhat short charge span. Other than that a great value for the price paid!

As long as BLU is in business, they're the only cellphone I'll buy. Lot of bang for the buck. Dependable, affordable... This is the 3rd I've purchased... now along with myself, my 2 children have BLU.

Very slow processor and short battery life. For the price, it is a good phone for beginners or those who don't use multiple apps.

This phone you cannot get the ringtone to change to a music downloaded ringtone..and does lag some otherwise is a good phone.

Great phone for great price but slow ...This phone has all ingredients for good smart phone except the slow processor...
