One of the worst phones that I ever had! This phone is so slowww that I had to get rid of it within a week

This phone is as slow as your 105 year old great grandmother trying to climb stairs with her walker.

I bought this phone and from the first day, it froze. Spent all of the time responding to prompts of 'wait' 'app not responding. It took several minutes just to write and send a text. I had to remove the battery to get out of the frozen mode. It is a horrible phone. I have experienced issues with BLU phones but this one almost drove me to tears

I needed a phone and this one was not worth the time or money.

Blu makes really great phones.....this isn't one. I have have 5 Blu phones all at reasonable prices and have been happy with them. This phone was cheap and that is the only good thing about it. It works as a phone. Apps freeze and shut down, not stable. I will be replacing as soon as possible.

I got this phone for my dad as his first smartphone. It was easy to navigate and operate for him. Works fine without any issues since then.

I only use this phone for calls and texts. I have no apps installed at all. after about 2 weeks the phone became very slow and started spontaneously rebooting and freezing up. it has been just over 2 months now and the phone is almost completely non-functional. This month my service provider sent me a notice that I had gone over my data usage in just 2 days of my billing cycle which is strange because I do not use ANY data nor do i have any apps that use data installed. The phone also recently started randomly playing strange music as if it were picking up random radio frequencies. I tried to contact the manufacturer "Blu Products" about the issues but that was a dead end. Very disappointed in this phone.

This phone has potential but you get what you pay for. Battery has gone out in less than a month.
