I bought this phone to see if it would work on a free government plan (Safelink) and did not want to pay a lot for premium phone but did want some premium features. The phone works perfectly on Safelink (I am extremely happy about not paying a cell bill anymore) plus does everything a $400 phone does. This phone outperforms my Samsung Galaxy Core Prime in every way and for $130 (on sale plus I had Best Buy points) . Great build quality, fast processor, plenty of storage and ram. Picture quality is good to me, since I'm use to entry level phones but does not compare to other premium phones.

Was looking to upgrade my smart phone. My old Samsung S3 can only be upgraded to Android 4.3 and many apps I use need 4.4 or above. This phone has Android 5.1 so it meets my apps"s requirement. It has a 5.5 inch HD display. 2 gb ram and 16gb rom. I can add up to 64 gb of memory via micro sd card. 13MP rear facing camera and 5 mp front facing camera. It's octacore so it runs faster even if I use my homw wi-fi. I am satisfied with this phone considering the price I paid for it.

Does not come with a manual! Go to the Blu website to download a manual ... this particular manual is not on the website! Have to call customer service for them to send me a PDF manual! Manual says to make sure the Sim card is properly installed, but no directions ... just pictures with arrows ... called customer service and they had to put me on hold twice to find out how to install Sim and the directions were vague! Finally used a kitchen rubber pad to push the Sim key into the slot! Nothing in manual re when you first turn phone on and password is required! Manual is written very vaguely for a user who is on his 4th or 5th smart phone, but definitely is not written for someone on their first smart phone!

I am loving this Blu Android Smartphone (BLU Studio One Plus smartphone). It is fast & has a speedy 1.3 GHz CPU, plus it has a 13MP high-definition front camera & 5MP rear camera. This phone has an Octa-core 1.3GHz processor with 2GB of RAM & operates seemlessly. It is 4G LTE & Android 5.0 Lollipop Operating System. I debated spending alot more for an IPhone or Samsung smartphone, but I am so glad I took a chance on this phone because I love it, I own it & don't have a huge bill to go along with it !!!

Was happy with the new purchase, until during week 3 the screen showed static and went blank. Had to reboot. Brand new phones should not crash. Bestbuy GeekSquad says as long as it rebooted, they won't do anything about it.

The icon for Wifi indicated that it was working properly, however, it was not and was using data instead. Took me more than the allocated 14 days to figure out and return/exchange at Best Buy. Therefore, had to return to manufacturer, via US Mail at my own expense, in order to fix/replace phone. Currently without the phone. The look and style of phone were a 5, but the process to getting a properly working phone is a 1.

Tried three of this same model - first one had a bad SIM card slot. Second one started having ghost touch issues after 6 months. Third one's camera was dead. Won't be buying any more BLU phones.

Got 3 units for my son and nephews. So far they are working well. Have them running with simple mobile and getting LTE speed.

The phone serves it's purpose. I can read my emails on it. I can take pictures. I also like the dual Sim so I have two different numbers on the same phone. I can carry one phone now instead of two.

I have been in the wireless field for some time now. When Blu came on the scene, they were mostly devices geared towards Tmobile users, and they didnt play well with ATT's network. Now the times are changing and im happy to see Blu changing with them. This phone works great on the ATT network picking up LTE service everywhere i have traveled so far. The camera is nice (not a galaxy s7 but nice) and the phone feels great in the hand. My closest comparison to the premium feel of this phone, is that of the HTC M9. With it's metal body and smooth finish on the front bezels, this phone leaves a great impression with me. I wont ramble on, I only gave 4 stars because i havent found a phone truly worth 5 stars yet. This phone packs alot of punch for the price and I love its almost pure google feel. Buy this phone and enjoy it!!!

No, there is nothing really wrong with this phone. It is a great phone. Okay, issue, this is a dual sim card phone but you can either have two sim cards in it or one sim and an SD card but not two sim's and an SD card.
