The phone is working great. It does everything the way the previous reviews said it would and one can't beat the price. I liked the fact that it included the battery and charger.

Bought for kids. One of the cheaper unlocked phones that Best Buy carries. The company itself does work on a global scale so purchases go towards that help. I will say that if you have this phone and leave it without use for about a year the battery swells and pops the back off (this is an extended period of sitting)

Good phone to buy if you want to send it to countries in which they need an unlocked mobile. Easy to understand.

It's a good unlocked phones for social media apps, pictures and texts and calls. If you do anything more than that that requires a lot of storage this phone isn't for you. Also if you're a graphic designer digital or not this phone doesn't support any of the apps you use because of the camera quality

This is a nice cell phone comparing to the price. I need a temporary Cell phone and bought it. Quiet a nice comparing to the price.

Battery life is less than expected. For the price, that might be expected though. Bumped it to four stars because it comes with a case and screen protector.

Seems decent. Incompatible with my phone service though supposedly. Why or how an unlocked new phone is incompatible with a basic cellular service is beyond me - especially since it worked for a little bit before cricket completely shut off my account. I call BS, but they don’t care. Lol

The is great but the sales associate did not know the products best buy sell because when asked if a case and a screen protector were included with the blu phone she informed me that they didn'tcome with the phone. I went on your website pulled up the blu phone and the case and screen protector were included with the phone showed the sales associate and her answer was well if it shows that it comes with it it does then

It's okay but sometimes it seems to have a mind of its own, it will change settings without me doing anything and I have to manually change WIFI connections when I go to another location that I already have in the phone, it won't do it automatically. other than that it works okay for a cheap phone

would not recommend for daily use but it’s cool phone as a disposable phone and quick use. the apps they take forever to download and use also it lags but for a basic government phone compatible with government access it’s doable.
