Good phone. Packed with decent storage and features considering the price.

So far so good! I really like BLU for a budget friendly phone. My only word of caution is don't connect this brand to google voice service as it will cause irreversible damage. They may have made changes to this new version but I'm not going to be testing that out. It's overall a robust phone with excellent options. I use this for my visually disabled husband who has to have his phone talking to him and it works well.

Replaced my BLU XI+ because it keeps restarting ...bought with insurance so hope this one won't need replacing after less than 2 years of service.

The phone, wile having family good specs and a couple if neat features, just did not live up to its cost. I had several issues with, it was very slow and things just always seemed to go haywire randomly. Blu just isn't very good at what they do. IMHO, their phones are worth half as much as they charge.

This was a very likeable phone. It came with so many perks in the box. Blu came through for me. I will suggest to someone that wants a phone without all of the bells and whistles to purchase this Blu device!

I purchased the Blue v91 less than a week ago. It came with a screen protector, earphones and a case. The phone worked beautifully, however, when I am on a call, I cannot hear the person but they can hear me. If I put on "speaker" while on call, I can hear them. I wasted $189 for what was a nice phone that turned to crap. Save your money.

Call volume not great the camera needs bit of work still but besides that the phone is great, really responsive when i do apps and watch movies is really clear and great.

Had been fine out of the box. AT*T network change, and now weeks not being able to send or receive calls. Carrier has not been able to help, even though the V91 is on the AT&T certified list. Best Buy has been less than helpful - chat support sending me to the store, and the store 2x saying they can do nothing. [I get it - it's a carrier/Blu problem, but don't waste my time sending me to the store then. If you are on AT*T for cellular, avoid this phone.

The phone is ok, the connection is great even due the reception can be tricky . The size is great, and the color is great. The screen is at the right size, the picture quality is ok , it can be better

I bought this item as “Open box.” It looks pretty cool and it was worth the investment. The item arrived with the wrong charger but Bestbuy quickly fixed this once I let them know about it.

Great phone and for the price it can't be beat. It is very high quality. An excellent case and screen protector are included. Very happy with the purchase.

I bought this phone on May 17 and it stopped working on June 3, 2021. It suddenly went off by itself and no amount of trying would bring it back to life. I am very disappointed in this phone and wish I could return it but I could only return it by May 30. Please do not waste your money on this piece of junk.

I have always owned Samsung phones, but upon review, this phone had exactly the same capabilities as a more expensive phone. A steal for under $200!
