New phones take time to get used to Still haven't figured every thing out. Cannot seem to take a screenshot and there are zero directions. Makes it difficult to run my groups.

I use the BLU V91 smart phone for TracFone service. I had many problems attempting to program the phone. After numerous calls with Tracfone reprogramming factory resets...finally success. I would not recommend this smart phone for TracFone service.

Love Blu, but this is not what I expected. Like it of course. Just need to learn more as techs advances and improve

Gave as gift , so far she happy with it. Use 2 sims cards and spot for SD. International and domestic.

If you have the option, get a brand-name phone & stay away from this one. The week after I bought this phone, I regretted my purchase. The processor is extremely slow, and every time I was working in an open app and received a call, it would take FOREVER to switch over to the phone app, and I would ultimately lose the call. Switching between other apps was laborious, as well. I would have to close all of my apps and even restart the phone before I was able to do what I wanted to do, but that would only last a few days before the problems popped up again. I don't know if it was simply my particular phone, my phone model, or if it is systemic to all BLU phones, but stay away from BLU phones if at all possible

Fairly good smart phone but having to restart it occasionally when it stops receiving calls and texts.

Great phone but having to return it today because it’s been hacked

This phone impressed me. I was not expecting a 6.5 hd+ screen on this phone. Another great feature was the 4gb of ram while other comparable models of different brands only give you 2gb.
