Very disappointed in Best Buy and their advertising on this product. Signs in store and on the website all state that this unit will work on multiple carriers. THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK ON CRICKET. The older Blu products work fine but this new line is not recognized by them. Now I'm out a $45 restocking fee because their store signage is wrong because their marketing department didn't do their job and coordinate with their partners to make sure their advertising was correct.

I don't understand why it keeps dropping wifi and the light comes on without even touching the phone

Item arrived in a timely manner and well packaged. I have just barely set it up and it appears to be working just great! Blu is my favorite brand of phone and this will be the 3rd one that I have owned. Really great phones for a very reasonable price that you can do everything on.

Works well for basic calls. Pretty basic phone. A little pricey.

I'm not a phone person and don't really use apps or anything, so I tend to stick with the more basic phones. This one at $200 (at the time) seemed to be in a nice middle ground where it's not too expensive but not too cheap; It should be a bargain-bin phone. It worked swell at first but after a couple it months the phone is just incapable. Sometimes I text too fast for the phone, so I need to wait 10 seconds or more for it to catch up and actually display the words I typed. I have to restart the phone several times a day because the speed is so slow that simply trying to open up Maps or Messaging will take minutes, not seconds. This phone is absolute trash. I've used BLU phones before and considered myself a fan but after this I would never trust this brand again.

We bought this phone just over a month ago relying upon the Best Buy description that it would work with AT&T. However, after eight calls to AT&T tech support, we have learned that we will never be able to use our data plan with this phone, so we are out $200 for a phone that is of no use to us. Very disappointing. Will make me think twice about purchasing from Best Buy again.

I was really please that I was able to get a new IPad. The associate also review my options. I was in need of a new cell phone and security camera. I was happy with the affordable and quality.

The phone come with everything but it does have it's issues

This phone helped me out of a bind, quick set up and now use it as a back up. Good phone for the money, nothing but good stuff to say about this phone.

Had to return this, I purchased open box excellent condition but it came more like very used to me. charger is not original missing box and other materials. also BB wants to charge for restocking fee :(
