My experience with this phone is mostly good but with some minor caveats. First the Good: The phone is very sleek, good looking with good specifications. It works and feels very fast and smooth. The bad part is for some unknown reason it hangs up once in a while where the touch is not responsive. We can't answer any calls or take any action. The only way we were able to recover from this behavior is using a hard reset i.e. holding the volume up and power button for 10 seconds. This happened couple of times in the 4 months of use.

Screen broken so easily, BLU askes $125 to fix

Blu Vivo Air - This phone has flawed design and got many complaints about its screen which is very easy to be broken with a slight drop or when being put in the pocket. BLU may have spent a lot of money to promote and advertise this product in internet but they cannot hide this fact. Search in internet for this issue and you will be surprised with number of customers reporting the cracked screens just after few months using it. BLU will ask you to pay $125 to replace the screen. This is two-thirds value of a brand-new phone ($180). You almost cannot find any other shops to fix this with a lower cost.
