    Love these pans! Super easy to be clean and very light weight! Easy to store and price was good. Threw out all my old pans!

    Blue Diamond HD 10”&12” ceramic frypans scant packaging kept the pans cleverly protected and the ergo roundness of the exposed stainless steel stay cool handles was reassuring to oven storage. The PFAS free ceramic coating is shockingly slick to anyone like myself that will be immediately inspired to cook - egg for the joy to watch an easy slide. With level stove and burners the pan will sit flat and food moves well in hand. Moderate weight lends quality to notes on try ply construction. Nicely pleased even though the set did not come with lids.

    Not as sturdy as I was expecting, would probably go up in price and get Cepalon or Viking
