BlueYeti is another well-known brand for most of us. Although there are other brands out there that are just as good or better. Still, BlueYeti is a good entry microphone. I actually bought this product years ago to try streaming, which never really took off. Nor did I play much of the free game. Though currently use for work every day (Microsoft Team) and social (Discord). Only, a few things to watch out for. (1) Check to see which mic windows (and/or software) uses for default. (2) make sure windows (and/or software) doesn't use as speaker output.

The YETI is a fantastic mic! The only thing keeping this from a 5 star review is that Best Buy is selling this combo with FarCry 5 and the game code included has already been expired for a week. Bit of a let down, cant blame Blue for that though.

I loved the Yeti when I got. Sound quality is very good. However, I disliked its larger size and general metal materials felt rough. I also disliked controls. So I got myself Razer Seiren. It has even better sound quality and much easier controls.

I needed a mic for my public speaking class that I'm taking and I needed a good one for that as well as streaming my gameplay and such. Friends had suggested this one to me and after checking it out I bought it. The sound is amazing and you can also listen real time to what you are saying into the mic. The sound is crystal clear. The only problem I have is that my external speakers must be hooked up to the mic or I have to unplug it if I want to watch a video because you have a headphone jack in the bottom of the mic.

This thing it's great for my ps4 gaming. I set up ps4 to send gaming audio to headset ( earphone buds ), because I don't like full headsets all the time an then the mic set up to take my chat. Works great but can be very loud for your friends on other end until you set it up on sensitivity. Great for getting away from headsets an going to ear buds. I went with klipsch buds. Make sure your buds don't have a mic for this setup. Injoy

The mic itself is great, no complaints and is awesome with all the different settings. The quality is clear, and makes a huge difference for me. The biggest issue I have is the included USB Cable is horrible, it might as well have not even been included. It took me about 2 hours to get set up for my pc to recognize the mic, but after buying a new usb cable it has been a breeze

With the clearance price, making it under $80, this is extremely worth the purchase. The yeti is crisp and clear, lacks the extensive and deep bass of professional xlr microphones, but this is still a very clean sound for voice overs. If you can get one for under $100, nothing will beat it in terms of quality. All metal build, can’t go wrong.

This is a quality, easy to use, simple to install mike for direct use with a PC or laptop. It has great choices for sound detection. Perfect for web broadcasting. The heavy weight of the microphone keeps it in place and the USB cable has plenty of length for most applications. This is a great sounding microphone and you can't go wrong with it.

Its a great mic, always get complements for how smooth it sounds but even on the lowest setting you can hear everything. Keep that in mind if you are gonna have it next to your keyboard people will hear. But all in all its a great product especially with a free game in it

paid 130 after tax, it was on sale plus i got a deal it came with Far cry 5 for free. Cant beat that deal, the quality is professional , and easy to use. PLUS A 60 DOLLAR GAME FOR FREE

Absolutely glad I purchased this, not only for the FARCRY 5 bundle, but the microphone itself is still being used and still has no issues in terms of quality of sound, wear and tear of the microphone is nonexistent. I've gone from using the included and very hefty desk base to using an overhead microphone arm. I also use the official Blue pop filter as well as utilizing its bottom screw to hang upside down. Doesn't pick up outside audio when using proper directional settings, simple plug and run use and a literal infant could figure it out. Enjoy!

I'm not a professional audio guru or anything, but I started using this for streaming and communications (Discord) while gaming. It's been pretty awesome so far, and I plan on getting an arm so that it doesn't get in my way while PC gaming. The microphone itself has nice build quality and the sound is really good. It's pretty sensitive, so you'll definitely have to tweak your settings and add stuff like noise suppression if you live in a loud environment. The mute button, gain adjustment dial and preset modes are all nice to have and I use them frequently.

Sound quality in recording is great, and there's no lag time in audio output. Easy customization makes it a breeze to stream and record without any of the ambient noise (I have loud pets). While my only gripe is that it really doesn't have anything in terms of accessories, it's not enough to remove any kind of rating on the quality of the mic itself.

Bought this for my daughter's streaming. Easy to set up, provides quality sound for her.

The Blue Yeti is a great USB microphone for casual users. I was very pleased with the audio and background noise can be easily addressed by adjusting the gain knob on the back of the microphone. For those of you who found that your Far Cry 5 code wasn’t functional, give it another try — the offer is now valid until June 30, 2019.
