I purchased this for my son and he is pleased with the product. He states that it is a good product. He doesn't like the plastic casing but it does what it promises. Doesn't do much amplification.

Its a cheap usb converter with better than average sound, and will perform better than expected for what you are paying. Owned mine for a year, it went missing, I am repurchasing. I use it about once a week for voice overs, demo tracks and some instrument recording with the Spark mic. Does the job, and does it well - FOR THE PRICE. If you are a stickler for cleaner sound, and are rough with your gear, fork out the extra cash.

    Cheaply made.

The metal end broke off trying to unplug it from a mic cable. The wiring is extremely thin and re-soldering the plug end looks virtually impossible.
