Took my 13 year old to choose his own gift for his birthday and he is thrilled. This wasn't the most expensive microphone nor the cheapest so about middle priced. It has a cool-intriguing design. Once set up at home it has the perfect look, works great and he loves it!

This Blue Microphone - Snowball is fun to use and has features I use when I'm trying to record on my laptop. As a group our voices really stand out when I play it back.

Blue makes a lot of inexpensive microphones that really do give you a bang for your buck. I'd recommend this particular microphone for most basic consumer use. I would not, of course, recommend this for anyone who is planning on using this for any intense studio-like use. The microphone's sound quality's great for 70-odd dollars and overall would recommend this for anyone who wants a decent, yet cheap microphone for something like Skype or TeamSpeak.

Needed a good microphone for recording training and information videos. After doing some research this one was recommended when doing voice capture with recording your computer screen. Microphone works so well that I did not need to adjust the audio with the software I use. Only thing I did was adjust the levels a bit. There is a noticeable difference between using this snowball microphone versus the built in microphone on my laptop. If you want good quality audio for your voice overs this is a very good option at a reasonable price.

This is probably the best mic for the price. The Yeti is higher quality, but costs 2x more. You wont regret this purchace.

For the money, this mic is great. it's easy to use, very Mobil, and fairly clean tones. Fun to use
