Great air purifier if you can get it on sale

Good:
- Heat mode is powerful.
- Nice looking design.
- (Almost) 360 degree osculation.
- Lots of customization options through the app.
- Helps get rid of particles at a decent rate. I sometimes cook meats on a cast iron pan and since my residence doesn’t have any ventilation other than windows, the smoke builds up pretty quickly. Now, this air purifier isn’t enough to stop the smoke from building up, but it can get rid of 500ppm in about 20 minutes with the windows open.
Not so great:
- No heat controls through the app, supposedly due to “laws” that forbid it.
- Cooling mode is just fan. No actual cool air is generated unless the room itself is already cool.
- New filter is very expensive ($90). However, it does look at it’ll last me about a year.

Love this product. I have developed seasonal allergies and this has really helped clean the air in our home. I love that it has heating and cooling features too (great for the extreme temps in Minnesota). It was much larger than I expected, though.

One of the biggest disadvantages of this unit is the apps inability to schedule and turn on the heat component. Part of the reason for the purchase is having that intergration and ability to turn that on or off remotely or from another room. Its a huge thing to consider as the brand states that you have control over it via the app.
The unit is on the larger side, so be aware if space is an issue.
