Bought this for use in the RV (no Bluetooth speaker system) Good hands free use, good volume control, single ear is excellent for communication inside the RV and for alerts to road sounds and traffic awareness. Only issues is comfort. The lightweight spring steel head band is a bit tough on the top of the head if you have no hair!

It works great with background noise, I am able to hear voice calls and the caller doesn't hear all the noise on my end.

FANTASTIC SOUND FOR A HEADSET. CAN HEAR EVERYTHING EVEN IN THE LOUDEST PLACES. THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH THE HEADSET IS I AM UNABLE TO SWITCH BETWEEN TWO PHONES LIKE IT SAYS YOU CAN. i WENT TO GEEK SQUAD AND THEY COULD NOT GET IT TO PAIR WITH TWO PHONES. I CALLED BLUE PARROT TECH SERVICE AND THEY HAVE NEVER RESPONDED TO MY CONCERNS. VERY FRUSTRATING.

This headset blocks noise well. Very comfortable to wear.

I struggle with hearing difficulties and talking on the phone is painful. The salesman, Brad, was extremely patient and helpful as we looked at a variety of options. I am not techno savvy, but pairing it was easy. I had to wait until I had taken it home and charged it to get the pairing done. I have read others saying they can't hear music on the "truckers headphones". I was able to look at some YouTube videos and hear several artists singing. I would agree that if you have normal hearing and are looking at headphones specific for music, you would be happier with ones that are not mono. For me, this is the best option and I was able to hold a conversation much easier than prior to purchasing these headphones. Highly recommend.

I am gifting this for Christmas to my son in law who works remotely from home. I know that he will enjoy using it.

We bought this for my brother for his BD. He is a truck driver & has went through several different brands of Bluetooth devices. I could only understand maybe half of what he was saying with his precious Bluetooth devices, but after buying this one he is crystal clear now. I would highly recommend it.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my son-in-law who drives semi trucks for a living. He is very happy with it.

I purchased this to wear all day and night. Comfort, sound, clarity is great but I could not do a firmware update on a mac book or windows laptops. It would read that it was up to date but required update to assign Parot button. Well I consider this a defect and returned item.

I like this headset because I don't have to use both ears for I am hard of hearing in my right ear and it fits tight and it's long-lasting also I don't understand about the Blue Parrot yet because I haven't read up on it but it must be a good product I'll get back with you later after I check it out

Excellent sound, crystal clear on both ends of the conversation. Leaves my hands free for note taking or computer/typing. I've tried a couple less expensive ones but the sound quality wasn't very good. I use this for work related phone conferences to it was important that it was excellent quality.

This was a gift for my brother who is a mechanic. It was easy to connect and use. Great gift. He lived it.

Battery lasts a very long time between charges. I use mine everyday and charge it every two weeks. Takes 2-3 hours to charge. When turned on,, it tells you the battery level. Awesome device!! Best I've ever had!

I have been using the headset now for over a week and I've had impressive results. My callers can hear me very well and I've been impressed how much it blocks out background noise. I am going to be working remote for a new job coming up and I am glad I made the purchase/investment. It's worth every penny!

This item is very useful and helps when having to hear other person. Clarity is very good. Hands free.

This wireless headset has added a real plus to my office environment. The signal is clear (within 25 ft of the phone's unit), and the headset is comfortable to wear. My only complaint? Don't even bother trying to fit the mesh earphone cover onto the headset. Doesn't fit, and it's not needed anyway.
