I bought this headset after receiving many complaints about the sound quality of my previous Bluetooth earpieces. The first day I used this one, the person I had been talking with for 2 hours while I was driving a noisy truck had thought that I had called after stopping for the night at a hotel! I've been very pleased with the sound quality and the battery life. I certainly recommend this headset. Keep in mind that this is a headset, so putting it on while driving is tricky, so I put it on at the beginning of my drive day.

This headset is perfect for all the Teams meetings I'm in due to working from home. Having only one ear covered helps with the claustrophobic feeling of the "2 ears covered" feature of previous headphones. Quality of calls is great. Very lightweight so you can wear the headphones on lengthy calls and Zoom presentations. Microphone allows for clear transmission of my voice.

As a truck driver, I’ve tried many Bluetooth headphones and blueparrott makes the best by far in my opinion. This is not my first set and this won't be my last! Battery life is impeccable and the sound is clear. And the person on the other end can’t hear all the noise from your environment. As far as listening to music, I haven’t ever used it for that because I listen to my iPod. Although it’s a bit pricey, I try to remember you pay for what you get.

I have a couple of issues

I have heard great things about this brand from a truck driver friend of my - noise cancellation is great. I have a couple of issues. My "biggest" issue is that I have a large head and the over the head design just doesn't fit well. Feels like it wants to slide off. My other issue: my previous head sets don't have the long mic arm so I found myself bumping it - I feel I could have gotten use to this over time and use. In summary if it fit better over the head I would have kept it.

Blue parrot is the only brand that I use when I’m driving my tractor trailer. The noise cancellation is the best and people can’t even tell I’m driving the truck when I am talking to them. The battery lasts days. The only thing I don’t really like is the audio that comes from music and such. It sounds ok but it is not the greatest quality. But I still would recommend this headset to anyone.

I constantly lose my smaller bluetooth earpieces and bought a new style only to hurt my ear. This unit is a full headpiece so I don't take it with me walking around, but it is great when working in my office to stay hands free. Comfortable and good sound and noise reduction for those I am talking with that can't hear background noise from my office. I would use this in the car, but my car has bluetooth, so not needed when traveling.

My husband uses this headset for taking business calls on the go. They work great and they cancel out all the background noise so they person you are on the phone with just hears you.

Well at around $100, this is a pretty expensive one earpiece Bluetooth. However I can say it's well worth the money. I'm very pleased with the battery life, and the sound quality is way above my expectations. I work from home and wear this 8 hours a day and I'm able to get a full 2, nearly 3 days before it needs to charge. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who needs to wear a headset all day.

I had this exact same headset before. The speaker stopped working 1 1/2 years after getting it. The warranty stopped at 1 year. Admittedly, I am hard on the headset. I am hoping this one lasts longer. Aside from that, I really like it. Easy to hear. Great mic with no background noise. (I'm told I am easier understood with this than when using the bluetooth in my car.) Comfortable too. I can where for hours. After a while my ear starts to hurt.

I have a small head. I can adjust the headset to fit my head so that that earphone rests on my ear rather than below it. This is the only headset that does that. It is easy to use and the sound is clear. I can go an incredibly long time before I have to recharge. Not having a cord to get caught on kitchen drawer handles is a joy. I thank this company for making this wonderful product. I cannot be happier

I've had this headset now for 6 months, and it is by far the best headset I've ever had. Great noise canceling features, people can hear me very clearly, (I've been in some very noisy coffee shops, and people have sad that they hear no background noise) and it has terrific battery life. Batter life will usually last me for 3-4 days, even with talking on it 4-5 hours a day.

The over-the-head band fits snugly without pinching. The boom mike is adjustable and stays where you put it. Sound quality of both mike and earpiece are excellent.

I've had my BlueParrott - B350-XT Bluetooth Headset for several months now. I love that it is Bluetooth and allows me the flexibility to walk around the office when I am on the phone. I'm not thrilled about the overall quality compared to the price I paid (about $140.00).
The ear cushion is not very comfortable after wearing the headset during back-to-back conference calls. I've found that some people have a hard time hearing me if I don't position the microphone directly in front of my mouth (if it's moved below my mouth, people complain they can't hear me). You'll need to move the flexible goose neck/mic piece back and forth, if you tend to drink water/coffee/tea throughout the day while wearing the headset. Although the headset is adjustable, I found that mine tends to slide around (opposite the side of the ear cushion) after wearing for a longer period of time. There is no locking mechanism to hold the metal piece (that slides in and out to adjust the size) in place.
In short, I wish it were more comfortable when wearing for longer periods of time, and that it would not slide around after wearing for a while. I certainly don't think it was worth the $140.00 that I paid. It is a decent headset with Bluetooth technology.

This is a must if you really want a hands free ear piece with like the sound quality of having your phone on your ear. And the quality that comes out of the mic is amazing as well. Granted, when your driving and you have them on you may look like a Boieng 747 pilot, but wow the sound quality is unmatched. Oh, and to boot, their comfortable too. The most I've had mine is about 3 hours and they didn't bother me at all.

I originally purchased the 450 but had complaints about echoing when talking to others. The 350 works better as far as talking to others when using it. If you are a person that wears glasses this head set does not push your glasses into your head. The only complaint is the 350 does not have the features the 450 has, example, the button only mutes the head set. There are no voice commands.
