Haven’t gotten use to the features just yet. Sometimes it requires pressing the talk button twice in order to answer a call or maybe operator error… Sound quality is really good and people on the other end say I sound really good too. Single charge lasts for 2days or so (my conversations maybe 20-40mins 2 - 3 times a day and powered down when I’m down for the day).

My new Headset

Being a CDL driver, it's the law that you use one. This one really cuts out all the background noisy. Very comfortable to wear. I definately like my new headset & would recommend to anyone else needing one.

Comfortable, works well

I prefer just the one ear and boom mic setup like this one. Sounds good, comfortable to wear for hours on end. Battery lasts. Not had a single issue, and I've had it for nearly a year now.

Great headset

Excellent Headset

It’s a little tight but I attribute the tightness to it being new ( I don’t want to admit that I might have a big head lol). The sound is crisp and clear which makes my dictation that much easier. The price was just right.

Great for use in a car.

I can still hear emergency vehicles or other traffic while talking on the phone. The other person does not hear any road noise.

Comfort and worry free
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My husband has been a professional truck driver otr, local and now in the oil fields. He has had several bluetooth’s (Blue Tiger Elite, Blue Tiger Deluxe & BlueParrott B250xt just to name a few) designed for truck drivers. Comfort wise they start off great but, 8-10 hours into your 14hrs your ear tends to hurt and switching ears ends up being to awkward. The need of scratching your head while wearing a ball cap ends up being fun specially driving and holding a conversation. With the BlueParrott c400xt it’s been comfortable all 14 hrs, can wear with my ball cap or hard hat and not have to worry about taking it off during a conversation to scratch his head or change hats. Not to mention no longer having to worry if it is sprinkling or snowing outside when it comes to my Bluetooth becoming damaged when he gets out of his truck. As far as size of it he thinks it’s far better than some of the others he has had and really likes the earmuff feature remaining because the in the ear buds are far worse. He has had no issues with broken parts everything works great.

The mic is awesome and the noise cancellation is phenomenal. Everything is so clear. If I had one drawback it would be that there is only one hearing source but the mic is reversible to use on both ears.
