I was looking for cost effective Bluetooth headset to attend office conference calls from my phone and got a BlueParrott M300-XT SE Bluetooth headset. It came with a Headset, USB-C Cable, 3 sets of ear gels, a QuickStart guide, and a warning/warranty sheet. Setup is quick and easy by downloading the BlueParrott iOS app to configure the headset via Bluetooth. There was a firmware update available via the app and the iOS app has step-by-step instructions to configure the headset. The build quality is great, and the ultra-light design allows me to wear this headset for a long period of time. It has 2 microphones, and the headset design blocks 80% of background noise. It supports up to 2 Bluetooth devices at a time. Battery life is good and offers up to 14 hours of talk time and can be charged with a USB C cable. The mic and sound quality are good during the calls and comfortable to wear as well. I am doing full time remote work and there is no discomfort to wear this headset for 8+ hours for zoom / team’s calls. I was able to take the calls away from 300ft from the phone or laptop without any issues. The headset equipped with a customizable button that can be programmed for mute, speed dial, or push-to-talk in the BlueParrott app. It came with 3 different size Ear Gels for a comfortable fit and this headset can be used either right or left ear. It is IP54 rated to protect against dust and moisture and it comes with one year warranty. I am using this headset for all office calls due to superior audio quality and highly recommend this one for conference calls.

Great sound quality and it is very light weight on the ear. Battery life is great; I have managed to make it last 2 days on a single charge. The app is useless, and it does not respond well. But it limits some of its functions I believe. I have tried to get it to respond on several occasions with app. But it will not sync up. But it works fine without it.

Excellent battery life. Comfortable. No problems with connection to another device. Only downside is the sound isn’t as good as some other devices but it is still very good.

Pretty good sound quality and battery life. The person you're talking to can hear you pretty good also. Distance is pretty good also I keep my phone in the truck and it doesn't break out until you get to the back of the trailer ( 53 foot trailer). If you have the blue parrot app it'll read text messages to you and you can respond. The only problem is if you wear it all day it can make your ear sore other than that it is great

Would give 5 stars except power on/off announcements hardly audible (I have opened a ticket). Manual says not supported for laptop connectivity but it works great with my HP to include mute function. I'm on 5-7 Zoom meetings per day and battery has never dropped below 50%. Many reviews complain about earbud fit but it's designed to rest next to ear canal, not inside it. My model is the latest-ES version and the sound volume is loud and clear on both ends (was major complaint with previous model). This replaced two of my Voyager Edge 5200's and some minor control variations to learn but very pleased overall and highly recommend for work (I use the outstanding Beats Studio+ earbuds for entertainment). Noise cancelation is excellent without any clipping (not the case with Voyager Edge).

sounds and works well. but i purchaased apecifically to be able tp connect to 2 cellphones at the same time. it tends to drop the 2nd device and reconnect when the 1st receives a text or email

Device fits comfortably and is very lightweight and very clear. Customers tell me that the sound is of high-quality and have no problem hearing what we’re discussing.

Best new headset on the market. l never thought I'd ever change from using Poly (Plantronics) headsets, until l tried tried the BlueParrott M300-XT SE...what a difference. I can say l have been using Bluetooth headsets since 2003,and this is the by far the best. Never thought I'd find better than the poly 5200 (3 or 4 different models). Tho l have by far found a remarkable new better sounding and more comfortable headset, and l nothing till the BlueParrott...Outstanding... Richard {the Looper} 'd

I love the clarity of this headset. My callers have mentioned that my voice comes through better than ever. Thus far the battery life last me all day without a recharge. Setup is very easy as well. I highly recommend this product for a busy professional and average users as well.

Review for BlueParrott M300-XT SE Bluetooth Headset - Black I've been using the BlueParrott M300-XT SE headset for about three weeks now, and I’m very impressed. The sound quality and call clarity are excellent, and the battery life is strong. Most importantly, I bought these specifically to eliminate background noise, and they perform perfectly. With my previous headsets, people would often complain about hearing background sounds. But with the M300-XT, I’ve tested it outside while walking, with people talking loudly around me and music playing in the background, and when I asked the person on the other end if they could hear any noise, they said no—they could only hear me clearly. I've also used this headset for an hour-long Zoom call connected to my laptop. Even with people talking around me, the background noise cancellation worked so well that no one on the call noticed anything. The conversation was seamless and clear. Overall, I highly recommend these for anyone needing clear, quiet calls without interference. I don’t use these for music, but for calls, they’re a game-changer. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING

Sound quality is great. Wife can’t hear any loud noises while I’m driving my truck or working. Battery seems to last forever and I barely notice I’m wearing it after a while.

Its battery lasts a lot, gets a little uncomfortable after many hours, but tolerable. Clear sound in and to the reciever as well

I'm not going to waste any of your time with this one. If you have ever owned and used a pair stereo bluetooth, true wireless, halo or over the ear, don't bother buying this. I;m a driver, and I rely on bluetooth tech to keep my eyes on the road and my surrounding environment. And I see where this bluetooth could keep you focused on the road. While also allowing you to have an opened ear for that extra peace of mind. The noise cancelling feature is somewhat of a joke, you and the person on the other end of the call. the replacement gummies that come in the box are all the same, so if the first one isn't comfortable, I've got bad news for you. the customizable Parrott button will need to be costomized, because you're going to be tapping that to answer calls , but won't hang up calls that way. Even that isn't a comfy experience. As a driver, I want to tell you that this ear piece is what you need, but it's just too big & bulky to make since. I would tell poeple I've talked to, that I was using a different bluetooth after about 10 minutes of a conversation, and I would get the same response( I could tell something was off. I thought it was on my end.) I IP rating is fine but you'r not going to be active while using this, so it really doesn't matter. The ability to switch ears is cool, but again, it just doesn't make since, if you aren't comfortable. It charges using type C tech, so at leat you'll have an extra charging cable. I am giving it the score that I'm giving it, with the hopes that you've never used a stereo bluetooth before. This is a major downgrade from anything out today. Pass on this.

A friend recommended this product, so I bought it, and it was the best decision I've made. lightweight, fast charging and the battery last a long time. Call quality is amazing, and the fact that I can use on my two phones (work and personal) was the deal maker for me.
