I’ve been using the headset to do conference calls while in the office. I’ve used both zoom and teams, and both have worked very well. While there is a decent iPhone app and you can use it with the iPhone, I’ve used it more on windows just connected through Bluetooth. The setup is super simple, take the headphone out of the box, turn it on, and pair it like any other Bluetooth device. From my use in my office where I do have people around me, the headset has worked great. People can hear me on the calls and I’m able to hear everyone fine. As far as I know no one hears any of the background noise around the office which is also a plus. You can charge the headset with a USB-c cable that comes in the box, but as I have so many things using USB-C these days its nice as you may have one already setup. One the downside, I found the none of their attachments really fit into my hear, so the headset is just hanging there. Since it goes over the ear it’s not like it falling off, but at least for me I like a good fit as it also helps me hear better. Its nice as you can flip the headset easily from one ear to the next, and I tried both and unfortunately didn’t get it to fit. Again, not a huge issue for me, but if you are in a much noisier environment, it could be one. The battery life has also been good, as I’ve been able to charge it and then leave it on my desk for a week and use it as needed without having to worry it won’t be charged. So if you’re doing conference calls in an office, this will be a good fit.

This bluetooth headset has struck me as just "OK." It's functional and has GREAT (300ft) RANGE away from the device(s) its connected to and LONG 14ish hour battery life. I'm glad its IP54 rated for dust and water because I'm a contractor and I'm around rain and dust regularly! As such, I'm always in noisy environments and I need something to last the day. When I'm not on a call I'm usually pumping audio through my Bluetooth all day long. I found the battery to get me through a day easily and still had juice left for the following day and giving up right around lunch time. I do like the over the ear design due to moving, bending and popping my head in and out of holes at weird angles all dayI'd d say the claim of 80% background noise blocked is probably pretty accurate. Callers could hear me clearly in moderately noisy areas BUT here is where all the good stops with these...... I've had to move to less noisy areas to take calls almost everytime..... not because people could not hear me but because I could not hear them appropriately! The "ear bud" doesn't fit in the ear, it instead floats on your ear hole. This makes the fit FEEL very insecure and the volume at max is still not good enough to hear clearly if you're in a moderately nicely environment.... nevermind an outright noisy environment. I'm really not a fan of how this rest in the ear, it feels loose and "far away" as I'm used to inserted style ear buds. These fit like 1980s wired foam earphones used to, it just rest in your ear on the outside of the ear canal opening. So this critique may be a Personal preference and I can see how some people would like this if they don't like stuff inside of their ear..... bonus is you can hear your surroundings pretty clearly while wearing this style due to the way it wears and having one ear completely open. But the lack of volume on maximum and the loose (to me) feeling fit has me keeping this one in the truck as a backup option that doesn't need to be changed that often to my everyday buds. Oh and despite the size of it, it wears pretty light. It doesn't feel at all as heavy as it's size may have you thinking. I also like that you can rotate the boom mic up away from your face while not in use to get it out of the way. The customizable "blue parrot" button doesn't provide enough customizable options in my opinion. Mute, speed dial or push to talk are all you get in the app and all of those are useless. At least include access to play, pause, ignore etc. Also worth noting, the firmware update TOOK 4+ HOURS! I don't know how long it took exactly because I started it at 8pm and it was at 39% at approx midnight when I fell asleep! Blue Parrott come on now, that's ridiculous! It's 2023 and I'm on highspeed internet. There no reason why that had to go down like that. Also the manufacturer doesn't give recharge time or any other battery specs. Over all I'd recommend this to people who enjoy this style of wear, with the caveats mentioned above and who need long battery life. These where just not for me with the loose hovering over the ear hole design and the lack of volume I need in my old age and work environments... but these will work as an amazing low maintenance backup to my daily drivers when they run out battery. If this plugged into the ear hole and had slightly better volume maximum then I'd love these instead of just kind of like them. Again this is probably just me and my preferences, you might like it or you might not live your life on a construction site and the volume might be fine for you. (Includes 3 size ear gels, usbc charging cord and manual.) If you register them they give you a 20% discount on purchase of a true wireless Jabra product.

I use this product at work for hands free work with clients on the phone, while typing on my computer. And it doesn't interfere with head piece, hair, hat or anything on my head, which I sometimes need to wear for my work. The product is well built, flexible at the thinnest part of the ear ridge (near the tragus), which fits very comfortably. I think alot of products out there are so fixated in sound quality that they are lacking in the microphone quality and comfort, which are very important to me. How I sound coming across to my clients gives the perceived quality on my end. If I sound tinny/cheap, then the impression I'm giving off is I'm using a low quality product in my office. So the fact that I've tested this thing and I sound clear and clear reproduction of my voice is value I can't emphasize enough. I work in front of my computer for 8 hours a day, at least. It's light, it's comfortable, I swapped for the larger ear piece that comes in the box, and fits snug, blocks out outside sound and still comfortable all day, 5 star for this. Love it. The audio I hear in my ear is a little soft, hard to amp up the volume, I may have taken away 1/2 a star for this, I wish it was just a little louder/clearer. The other challenging part of this was if I had multiple devices connected to it. When a device becomes disconnected or out of range or swapping out devices, an annoying beep starts to repeat itself until that device is reconnected. You can manually disconnect and 'forget the device' but i found it was not intuitive and difficult to work with if you are not tech savvy. Minor but have to take another 1/2 star. Finally I found the device bluetooth signal is pretty good, It's more of the connecting end that needs a strong signal. I was able to go to the bathroom and back to my computer, approximately 50 feet, and was still comfortably connected to my work station, I didn't walk any further than that however for further testing. Other than that, this great little device for the price is great value. If it has a sale or hitting $70 range, I'd say it's a must buy if you need this.

This is a great headset for road warriors and home office work. It is comfortable for long use and performs well. The sizing is good for most ears and comes in multiple ear tip sizes for wear on the ear (not in ear canal). Pros: Comfort Size Discreet Battery life Audio quality Cons: Styling is generic App is very basic Setup: Setup is your usual Bluetooth setup process. My unit came with no charge so I had to charge for a little bit but once it was done it paired right away and ready for use. Daily use: I listen to a lot of podcasts. After a few hours of this and a few phone calls totaling 4-5 hours. I was only down to about 90% battery. I am very confident you can wear this all day on road trips and for office work. I would not trust it if your job relied on it though as there is no wired option. Comfort: I found a better fit on my left ear than the right ear personally but there are multiple ear tips included to try on. Once in my left ear it was extremely snug on my outer ear. It is not meant to go inside of ones ear canal and sits just outside of it. The ear hook is very comfortable for long uses. Sound quality: These are great for all day podcast listening! Phone calls are clear on the headset and when I asked the people on the phone how it sounded, they all said they didn’t know I was on a headset. When walking by a large truck conducting landscaping, I told the person on the phone to excuse they noise, they said they didn’t notice and just assumed there was a bit of static on the line.

I was looking for cost effective Bluetooth headset to attend office conference calls from my phone and got a BlueParrott M300-XT SE Bluetooth headset. It came with a Headset, USB-C Cable, 3 sets of ear gels, a QuickStart guide, and a warning/warranty sheet. Setup is quick and easy by downloading the BlueParrott iOS app to configure the headset via Bluetooth. There was a firmware update available via the app and the iOS app has step-by-step instructions to configure the headset. The build quality is great, and the ultra-light design allows me to wear this headset for a long period of time. It has 2 microphones, and the headset design blocks 80% of background noise. It supports up to 2 Bluetooth devices at a time. Battery life is good and offers up to 14 hours of talk time and can be charged with a USB C cable. The mic and sound quality are good during the calls and comfortable to wear as well. I am doing full time remote work and there is no discomfort to wear this headset for 8+ hours for zoom / team’s calls. I was able to take the calls away from 300ft from the phone or laptop without any issues. The headset equipped with a customizable button that can be programmed for mute, speed dial, or push-to-talk in the BlueParrott app. It came with 3 different size Ear Gels for a comfortable fit and this headset can be used either right or left ear. It is IP54 rated to protect against dust and moisture and it comes with one year warranty. I am using this headset for all office calls due to superior audio quality and highly recommend this one for conference calls.

Although it has great sound quality, great noise reduction, it fell from my ear several times. I think there should be a redesign where it can be adaptive to different ear builds, it should become larger or smaller as to snuggle around the ear independently from how the persons ear is

Great sound quality and it is very light weight on the ear. Battery life is great; I have managed to make it last 2 days on a single charge. The app is useless, and it does not respond well. But it limits some of its functions I believe. I have tried to get it to respond on several occasions with app. But it will not sync up. But it works fine without it.

my ears never seem to fit any buds and even this i struggle to get just right but the mic is clear and it does hold it in place.

I love my Bluetooth Parrot 5200. Great quality sound and easy to pair. The battery life is amazing.

Excellent battery life. Comfortable. No problems with connection to another device. Only downside is the sound isn’t as good as some other devices but it is still very good.

Pretty good sound quality and battery life. The person you're talking to can hear you pretty good also. Distance is pretty good also I keep my phone in the truck and it doesn't break out until you get to the back of the trailer ( 53 foot trailer). If you have the blue parrot app it'll read text messages to you and you can respond. The only problem is if you wear it all day it can make your ear sore other than that it is great

Would give 5 stars except power on/off announcements hardly audible (I have opened a ticket). Manual says not supported for laptop connectivity but it works great with my HP to include mute function. I'm on 5-7 Zoom meetings per day and battery has never dropped below 50%. Many reviews complain about earbud fit but it's designed to rest next to ear canal, not inside it. My model is the latest-ES version and the sound volume is loud and clear on both ends (was major complaint with previous model). This replaced two of my Voyager Edge 5200's and some minor control variations to learn but very pleased overall and highly recommend for work (I use the outstanding Beats Studio+ earbuds for entertainment). Noise cancelation is excellent without any clipping (not the case with Voyager Edge).

sounds and works well. but i purchaased apecifically to be able tp connect to 2 cellphones at the same time. it tends to drop the 2nd device and reconnect when the 1st receives a text or email

The sound quality and call clarity are excellent, and the battery life is strong. Most importantly, I bought these specifically to eliminate background noise, and they perform perfectly. With my previous headsets, people would often complain about hearing background sounds. But with the M300-XT, I’ve tested it outside while walking, with people talking loudly around me and music playing in the background, and when I asked the person on the other end if they could hear any noise, they said no—they could only hear me clearly. I've also used this headset for an hour-long Zoom call connected to my laptop. Even with people talking around me, the background noise cancellation worked so well that no one on the call noticed anything. The conversation was seamless and clear. Overall, I highly recommend these for anyone needing clear, quiet calls without interference. I don’t use these for music, but for calls, they’re a game-changer. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING

Best new headset on the market. l never thought I'd ever change from using Poly (Plantronics) headsets, until l tried tried the BlueParrott M300-XT SE...what a difference. I can say l have been using Bluetooth headsets since 2003,and this is the by far the best. Never thought I'd find better than the poly 5200 (3 or 4 different models).
