I had used Plantronics for years and was very happy until they ended the extended warranty. I decided to go with the Blue Parrott. After months of using this I have found that the Blue Parrott does not match up to the Plantronics. I use this with 2 phones as the Plantronics. Many times the BP drops one of the phones after a call on the other phone. The volume is less then the Plantronics. Numerous drop offs during conversations. I depend on my headset for work. Also the Plantronics has more useful features. So over all i would say it is okay but no a match for what I had. M

Very good sound quality. Comfortable fit on ear. Takes some getting use to silicon pad sitting against ear canal rather than inserted in canal. Background noise reduction works very well. Battery life has lasted pretty much as advertised. However, distance from phone/reception is less than advertised 300 feet. Overall very satisfied with performance and value received.

Its ok at best. I get alot of complaints that people think their on speaker phone when I use it. I had planetronics "voyager" before this for years but the store I went to, didnt have any in stock so I got this one cause I was told is was comparable to the Voyager, but it definitely is not! Planetronics is MUCH better. Better range, better audio quality for both the wearer and for the called party. The battery life on the Bluebird is very good though!

This isn't a bad bluetooth, it's quite good. Let me say the range is nice, clear sound and the battery life is awesome. However turning it on and off can be a problem. Making it go from ear piece from the vehicle can be frustrating, especially when driving. I am going back to buy a couple more because the price point is perfect.

Connectivity is excellent. Battery life is very good. Distance being apart from the source is very good. Buttons are adequate. Comfortable to wear. I drive a truck. It is a little noisy in the cab. Being heard clearly is at times an issue. I have volume at max to hear. So if yours is a noisy environment you may reconsider. Otherwise its very good.

This is one of the best light weight minimal bluetooth head sets. I love the way the battery lasts for along time sometimes nearing couple days of use. The connectivity does not drop and it has a long range. If I go to close the doors behind the trailer which is the length of the truck with no line of sight with the unit or the phone, I still get to continue my conversation. Its noise cancellation is on par with the other blue parrots including the B450. The only con have for this unit is the fit in the ear sometimes if you install the wrong tip you will feel pain in the ear. Try all the tips and check for the best fit. Once you get it you will enjoy using this unit.

This blueparrott Bluetooth has great noise cancelation and a nice sleek look. I love to have it on when i dress up. Also the battery life is very good.

Comfortable to wear and has longer range but volume is not loud enough. It is difficult to hear without pressing the bluetooth to ear. Was specifically ordered for it's longer range capability while taking business calls working outdoors with lot of background traffic and driving in a diesel engine truck and the ability to stay hands free during call. Would have returned it except it was already worn and tried out by my husband. He could hear WAY better with the average bluetooth with shorter ranges. Would not recommend buying if to wear while working in conditions above.

This one has its issues. People cant hear me, the earpieces dont fit well, and volume is too low. I do like the customizable blue parrott button, as well as the battery life.

It's a nice and comfortable ear piece. However, when using it, the people on the other end of the call could not hear me and I had to end up taking it off, which defeated the whole purpose.

The battery is great but volume of the speaker is awful, people on the other side were having issues hearing me when talking.

Perfect for my ear, long lasting battery, sound quality is great. I am hard of hearing and this device allows me to hear just find. Love the product.

Works fantastic. Great sound. Battery lasts forever…I have to charge it about once a week. Comfortable, reliable, and well built.

Good fit, noise canceling is good. Easy to use. Not bad price. USB C fast charging. Battery life is great.

I like this style over the ear bluetooth headset and I do not like the stereo pods in each ear. I have retired a couple of Plantronics with a similar design. I dont think they are the same quality as they used to be. I can say the quality of this headset is excellent. My only complaint is the side button needs to be configured for answering calls. I believe it is programmable via the app. Need to experiment with that. Otherwise..a great headset.

Works as expected, and well. Not clear how to tell if actually muted... will have to look into manual. I bought it for its battery life.
