This brand was highly recommended, I wish this product followed it's brand reputation. The driver is weak and sound is crackly and faint. I can hardly hear others clearly. The listener continually asked "what" "what", to the point I just turn it off. I do not recommend this product. Also I do not suggest buying anything from best B U Y

Reviews suggested they would sound fine but have a lower volume. Maybe mine was defective because no one could understand or hear me properly. I replaced them with the Jabra 65 which works wonderfully.
