The BlueParrott Pro B350 has one of the best noise cancelling technologies that I have ever seen. It is only a mono speaker headset, so it leaves one ear open so you can stay on top of what's going on around you.which makes it perfect for an office setting as well as on the road. The 36mm speaker is just large enough to cover your ear. The fabric speaker ear cover works great for creating a breathable cover, which I find more comfortable for longer periods of use.The included leatherette cushion adds a small touch of noise cancellation to your surroundings and is comfortable, but I prefer the fabric cover for extended use. The BlueParrot App does add some customization, primarily in the ability to change the function of the "BlueParrot" button. There are only 4 buttons on the headset, the BlueParrot button, the power button, and the two volume buttons. The headset can easily be muted by raising the mic, aligning it with the headband, or by changing the option of thecustomizable BlueParrot button to the mute function. You do have the option to change the custom button to use with your assistant app, push to talk apps, or just make it a regular function button. The USB C port offers easy charging from practically anywhere, as USB C is the standard for most portable devices. The headset will charge from practically any watt charger. Different wattages might affect how fast the device charges.Once charged you get about 40 hours of talk time. The Bluetooth connection is pretty strong. I was able to easily walk 50+ feet with no degradation on the call. The latest Bluetooth stats are up to 100ft outdoors. Which makes this headset very convenient for deliveryjobs where you have to keep hoping in and out of a vehicle. The noise cancellation is insane with just how good it is. The AI feature virtually blocks everything out that is nota voice. I left my window open driving at over 65mph and the caller only heard my voice, none of the road noisesor wind could be heard over the call. I even tested these while mowing the grass, the caller had no idea because allthey heard was my voice. The radio on the other hand can be heard through the headset, depending on what you arelistening to, as it is designed to let voices through. All other noises are blocked, I was even crunching on chips whileon the phone, and the caller couldn't hear it. Obviously if you are going to talk with your mouth full, that's a different situation, but taking bites while I wasn't talking were not detected. The only thing that I would complain about with this headset is that it is built for voice clarity on both ends, so the speaker outputis very clear, but a little too high on the treble side. My ears are very sensitive to noise and after long times of use, my ear starts to hurt from the higher tones. I try dropping the volume, and that helps some, but then makes it harder to hear the caller.Again, this is something specific to myself and most people probably would not have this issue. I have similar issues with allheadsets and earbuds. I just can't wear them as long as everyone else I know. Overall this headset is really pretty great, it has exceeded my expectations with call clarity, especially on the outgoing part of the conversation. It's lightweight and very easy to use. The headband is adjustable, but the allowed angle of the mic only lets you use the headband over your head. Some headphones I would put the headband behind my neck, so that it doesn't mess up the hair, and honestly I find that pretty comfortable. The headband is fairly thin so it's not too obtrusive sitting across the top of your head, and this can easily be used over a baseball cap if preferred.

With the B350 Pro, BlueParrot have fixed the few minor quibbles I had with their older headsets a made a nearly perfect road-warrior device. One of the most fun parts of being a Tech Insider member is that I sometimes get to see multiple iterations of a product line over the course of a few years. In this case, I previously reviewed a higher end model back in 2024. For this new B350 Pro model, I can see that BlueParrot took some feedback to heart and improved nearly every aspect of the product. For this B350 Pro, the battery life is outstanding, as are the comfort and call quality. My biggest complaint on the older model was the use of Micro USB on a 2024 model headset. Here, the B350 Pro has switched to USB-C. If that were the only feature upgraded on the new series it would probably still be a "must buy" for me, as I hate carrying extra cables when I could get by with just a single USB-C, so the B350 Pro fixes that for me. But BlueParrot also improved the comfort on the B350 Pro - it's much more comfortable to wear for long periods vs their older headsets. I'm not sure why that is, exactly, but for me it's not putting pressure on the wrong parts of my head, I guess. I inadvertently tested the battery life last week by leaving the B350 Pro powered on when I got out of the car early in the week, only to find it still powered on in standby on my next in-office day late in the week. I think it only dropped about 15% on standby over a 3 day period. Likewise, being on a 1 hour long call only drops the battery a few percent each time. It's really, really good. And now to top it up I can just plug a normal USB-C cable in and get tons of talk time even if I'm just topping it up between meetings. Mic quality remains very good for the B350 Pro. I had no complaints from my coworkers and friends with the previous headset, and this one remains the same. I like the flip to mute feature of the mic. Audio quality for audiobook/podcast listening seems slightly better than the older series but not a quantum leap. This isn't an entertainment headset but it can be one in a pinch, I think. Overall this is a great headset for professional drivers or people who need to be on calls with both hands free. As a former datacenter engineer I would have loved to use this when elbows deep in a rack with fans screaming all around me. Now that I'm either in an office or on the road, it serves well in either environment. Two big thumbs up from me.

I've been using these for an online course I am enrolled in that requires me to have display and audio capabilities via Zoom. The built-in microphone on the laptop was so bad that I started looking at other options and I'm extremely happy that I chose this headset. Being that it has only one earpiece I can still hear anything else happening around me while still having clear reception of what the instructor is saying. Pairing was extremely easy - no harder than any other modern bluetooth device, and there's little to no latency. so there's no sync issues between seeing the lips of the instructor moving with the audio output through the earpiece. Along the same lines nobody has said there was any lag between my mouth moving and the audio on their end. I've additionally paired this with my cell phone and have used it so I can talk hands-free without using the speaker phone around the house and it works extremely well. I haven't tried to use it further than 30 feet or so as this is the advertised range of typical bluetooth, but within said 30 feet it's performed admirably!

BlueParrott has put out a refresh of it's B350 line, which was one of the first big boy headsets I purchased when I started driving delivery many year ago. And just like many other BlueParrott products, it just works. Setup and pairing is straight forward, with or without the mobile app, but the mobile app is required to receive quality-of-life firmware updates. There does not appear to be a desktop equivalent app and that makes sense as these headsets are targeting on the road truckers. Sound quality is good right out of the box, but there was a firmware update shortly after I opened the app. I didn't notice any big changes after the firmware update, but that's not a bad thing. Now much like all of the B350 line, the Pro can handle almost all head sizes with its flexible headband. The pro has a beefier headband than the non-pro, but not so rigid as the 450 line. I personally enjoy the extra grip that it provides, especially with the larger end pad. However, if you're someone who doesn't like a heavy feel on your head, the extra pressure and weight of the Pro may be a bit much. The Pro also comes with a flip to mute feature, which is found on many gamer headsets. I find that I miss having a flexible boom mic instead of something I can flip up to mute. The original flexible arm was great for not having it rub against the side of your face if you had larger cheeks. This one doesn't have the flexibility. I also wonder how many times I'll flip the mic up before the internal switch decides that I'm permanently muted. Realistically, the one thing that prompted me to ditch my old model was the inclusion of USB-C charging. My old model only had USB-micro and i hated needing an extra cable in my travel bag that was only used for one reason. The rest of the features are vary comparable to my old unit and my old unit continues to hold a charge after all these years of use. I think that speaks well of the company and that this one should hopefully also last for years to come. If you're new into the market, this is a great entry point. If you already have a BlueParrott model, this may or may not be the upgrade you're looking for.

The BlueParrott Pro B350 is designed for drivers both professional and daily drivers. The BlueParrott Pro B350 is designed for drivers who need a hands-free solution for taking and making phone calls. BlueParrott boasts that its voice isolation microphone blocks up to 98 percent of background sounds. The design of the Pro B350 allows for conversations on both busy highways and construction lots. The long-life battery lasts up to 40 hours, Bluetooth and mono design aim for a perfect balance of performance and long wear comfortability, and the fast-charging feature makes the Pro B350 an excellent choice. The customizable BlueParrott button can be used for mute or push-to-talk without reaching for the phone. The headset can be used in dusty, moisture and everyday work environment. This headset is designed for communication, thus the mono design. While you can listen to music or other entertainment, you will get the same playback as on a regular headset.
