Over all I'm happy with the unit. there is a few things that are smooth as they could be.The voice, English and American are the same and sometimes hard to understand. Don't like the extra cords sticking out. Sometimes the iPhone cord does not charge the phone. It kicks on than off then on again...

Might have been a compatibility problem with the model of VW.

Best Byy did a great hob with installation and hiding the wires. Very easy to use.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my husband and we both couldn't be more pleased! The product came in great time, and works very well! The installation services at the Downingtown location are amazing. The installers are friendly and very knowledgeable! The price I paid was well worth it for both the product and complete full installation. The calls come through loud and clear in the car. Anyone we talk to says they can't even tell we aren't holding a phone up to our ear speaking. The device is easy to use and there are little to no wires visable. It is not obtrusive and the mounting is very simple. I really wanted for this to be as factory looking as possible, and it really is! The only thing I recommend (and so did the Best Buy installers) is to buy a wiring harness so they don't have to cut/splice your cars wires.

I purchased this unit because I didn't want to get rid of my factory head unit. It gets rid of those pesky FM transmitters by hardwiring your ipod to your speakers. The Bluetooth connection is Simple and Easy! Clarity is Superb, People on the other end can't tell a difference when using the double microphone it comes with. It does come with a lot of accessories and with that there is a lot of wiring, so I do recommend that you install this unit. It looks amazing when its done. All the wiring is hidden so you see nothing, but the 2.4 inch screen that it comes with. So if you are looking to get bluetooth for your car and also to get rid of your transmitter you can kill two birds with one stone with this product and you will be satisfied

Had to pay for install when I returned it, even though I did not like the quality of this product. Your could not adjust the bass and treble and the EQ settings souded bad. The bluetooth audio was not good and people could not here me talking. I would not recommend this product!!

This bluetooth system works great. I upgrded the software version with no problem. I don't like that you have to transmit new wallpapers via bluetooth only when it would be much easier to do with a USB memory stick. The USB is how you are to upgrade the software version. Also, I have an autostart on my car and pairing the Parrot with my phone has to be done within a few minutes or you have to restart the parrot in order for the system to see your phone. I have an iphone 4 with the most recent software version and it works great with this Parrot mki9200. If you are looking for an all around bluetooth setup for your car. This one will do just fine. You can use it for MP3 players, phones, and USB memory sticks....

I just purchased this device and have only had it about an hour...I LOVE IT ! I initially purchased the Jabra FREEWAY device and it was AWFUL ! The parrot works great- it uploads all of your phone contacts and you can even subscribe to text-friendly to send/receive texts, tweets and Facebook updates. It has IPOD hook up and will play your music files. Sound quality is great, easy to use, and you can remove it so thieves can't see it in your car. It was worth every penny, installation took 1.5 hours and was NO ADDITIONAL charge at Best Buy. Don't waste your time with others. I returned the Jabra FREEWAY after 2 days of use. This is THE ONE to buy! Trust me!

i just got it today, im so impressed with it. i used to have problems charging my iphone because the cords were always tangled, no matter how hard i tried to keep my car cleaned and tangle free, it managed to get that way. i love it. bluetooth clarity is superb. i had a motorola earpiece for when i drove, ha, this product makes it look like a joke it so good. DO NOT BUY ANYMORE BLUETOOTH EARPIECES AFTER YOU PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!!!

Works great except that the textfriendly app that is suppose to be included for 6 months does not work. The website says that this feature has been discontinued by Parrot in 2013, so this must be a real old unit!!!

I NEEDED A BLUETOOTH FOR MY WIFE'S LINCOLN NAV. THE TECH TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN EXPECTED, BUT THAT IS OK. IT IS UP AND RUNNING AND HAVE NOT HAD ANY ISSUES. IT 'S WORTH HAVING INSTALLED. IF YOU GET PULLED OVER TALKING ON THE PHONE, IT'S A MOVING VIOLATION AND GOES ON YOUR INSURANCE. DO THE MATH....SO GET IT INSTALLED. YOU CAN STREAM MUSIC OR PLUG IT IN DIRECTLY.

With it's dual amplified microphone and the superb background noise reduction you liteally sund like you're talking drectly into the phone. It's voice recognition software is the best I've used. Without any voice training this unit is 100% accurae. You speak the first and last name and the phone you want to call and it repeats it back to you and dials it. Example: "Ralph Beverly work", out of 300 names and numbers in my cell phone it gets it right everytime. This sytem is amazing. Well worth the cost. Leaps and bounds ahead of all of it's competition.

It controls all kinds of mp3, mp4... devices, and it works perfect with all models of ipods, old and new ones. It also has a excellent sound quality.
