    Bought the True Blue vehicle kit for my dad. It was easy to link to his phone. Tested it out. The sound was clear on both sides. Now just need to place kit in vehicle and road test.

    This product was just what I was looking for, It took a few tries to get it programmed. It is different for each phone how the Bluetooth is operated. This is my first experience with Bluetooth.

    The bluetooth device is great, works perfectly. Best Buy customer service was terrible. After receiving an email that I could pick up my order I went to the store. I waited for over 20 minutes as three associates looked in three places for my order. Finally a fourth associate came from the back of the store with my order.

    I bought this product, as a gift to a friend. He's having some classic problems with the ordinary Bluetooth headset devices ; such as : run out of juice, misplaced and lost them. Using this device, all the problems are solved! Pros : - Easy paring (tried it with LG android, working flawlessly!# - Clear & pretty loud audio quality#for such small device# - Very simple & straightforward to use Cons : - The blue blinking led is pretty distracting while driving#a tip : don't clip it at the windshield visor)

    It was just a little complicated in the beginning to link it but when you get the hand of it then it's pretty easy and it should automatically connected once your phone's bluetooth and the True Blue is on. It's loud enough sometimes I have to lower it one volume down to hear people clearly but otherwise it was a great buy.
