This is my first robot vac and I'm really impressed. I love the App controls, and being able to schedule the vacs is really neat. The maintenance is surprisingly easier than I thought it would be. The low vac settings are surprisingly quiet and yet effective, and I never even notice it at night which is when I schedule them. It's really eye opening to see just how much dust, dirt, or grime this robot vacuum can pick up on a daily basis. I'm very happy with my purchase since I feel this is the kind of purchase that really improves my quality of life, especially as a father to a 2 year old. The house always looks clean now, and I appreciate that so much.

I have been a BobSweep customer for a while now and this unit is as good as all their products with a sleek design and great material. It has really added a beautiful look to my living room. The app works great. I have scheduled it to work daily once when i am not home and i can check the area covered on the app. The difference is so clear since it’s started working that i can’t skip a day without it. My pet cat was curious about it in the beginning but he barely minds it anymore. Highly recommended if you are looking for a high quality and well-functioning unit with a sleek design.

We’re very impressed with our Sweep robot! It runs like a champ every day and keeps our floors clean without any effort from us. Easy to use, reliable, and such a time-saver. We even gave him a name—BOB! Highly recommend for busy households.

I love this little guy. He mops and sweeps saving me time and effort. Most of the time I think he’s fairly smart, though I do have a small step down into a room and he just rolls right in like he owns the joint. Aside from this, it’s a great machine with great suction. I appreciate that, while it doesn’t replace manually cleaning your floors, it does keep my floors looking better for longer between manual cleanings. It was also thoughtfully packaged with a surprise gift.

We just got this new bObweep a couple of weeks ago and so far so good. Easy set-up and a durable build. Good suction for the vacuum and the floor mop works well too. Once we map the rooms I think we will be able to customize even more.

Best purchase ever! The BioSweep leaves spotless sweeping on hard surfaces. It is a major time saver in my messy home and being used every day. It doesn’t do great on my rugs. Even considering that, I’d purchase it again and again. The Bob has never gotten stuck. It goes over rugs and floor registers without problems. It is easy to map, even on a split level home. I am really excited about the environmental friendly parts, especially the reusable bag.

It's so smart, it can vacuum eveything from carpet to hardwood, it also can mop!! AND I can schedule it to clean AND use my Alexa voice assistant to control it !!!

This little guy is great! It cleans itself, follows the map, and leaves my floors looking amazing. She's so pretty! The photos don't do it justice!

This is my first bot and I couldn't be more pleased. The setup was easy and the thing mapped my whole house in an hour. Usage through the app is great. After about 15 minutes of familiarizing myself with the app it was off and running. My favorite feature is the ability to choose a quick clean by spot or room. I don't even use the schedule feature. I just pick where and when I want the unit to clean. The vacuum is strong and it picks up a lot of fur and lint. Full disclosure, I did get this on a "Deal of the Day" special and paying $800 less than the list price makes me like it that much more.

So far I’ve used the vacuum mode and it’s great! I like that you can control everything on the app and it doesn’t take very long to clean my home.

this Rock robot vacuum feels premium, smart, and very reliable with great performance, this is absolutely worth it.

I purchased a previous version of this vacuum over 5 years ago and was not impressed. I will say that they have come a long way in fixing the issues I had with the first one. The old one would get tangled up in cords or on rugs more often than not. This one does a MUCH better job at navigating pitfalls although it did get caught up once or twice. Overall I would say it is well worth the money when it is on sale.

I bought this on sale for about $320. I'd not bought a Robot Vac in about 10 years and wow, this vac is much better than the last one I bought. The mapping worked great. I was able to keep it out of the areas I did not want Vacuumed. I have not yet tried the mop option.

this is not my first robotic vacuum, but it does function properly and is much quiter than than previous brands so far very good

Honestly, this vacuum has been a game changer at home. We have 4 kids, so keeping the house clean is super important since they’re always coming in with dirty shoes and bringing stuff from outside. It cleans really well, especially on wood floors, and the mapping feature makes a big difference because it doesn’t miss spots or move around randomly. It’s easy to use, runs smoothly, and saves me a lot of time. I also like that I can control it from my phone and schedule cleanings whenever I need. No complaints so far, definitely worth it.

It's nice to have this to control the cat hair in my house. The only challenge is one of my cats is doing his best to grab the sweeper brush! Neither of the cats are scared by it. I haven't tried the mop function yet.

This robot vacuum has been a great value for the price and delivers strong performance across the board. The battery life is solid and easily handles full cleaning sessions without needing frequent recharges. The room mapping feature works really well—once it learns your space, navigation is efficient and reliable. I especially like being able to send it to clean a specific room on demand, which adds a lot of convenience. The mobile app is decent—not the most advanced interface out there, but it gets the job done and is easy enough to use for scheduling and control. The mopping function works well for light cleaning, though it does require manually adding water, which is an extra step. But having that automatic features of switching automatically is lacking here. One of the biggest advantages is the cost of replacement parts—they’re very affordable compared to other brands, which makes long-term maintenance much more reasonable.

Good on hardwood floors. Horrible with carpet and pet hair. It just spreads the hair across the floor even when set to maximum suction power. The hair gets tangled in the bristle brush and requires it to be manually cleaned each time its used.

I'm very impressed with this robot vacuum. it is very quiet - we run this in the middle of the night with no issues! It does a great job with the pet hair from 3 dogs! The app for the iphone is great and allows you to set up separate zones and areas in the zones to avoid. You can program it with ease to vacuum/mop on a set schedule or on demand.
