I run this Bobsweep 3 times a week and love it. It has not got hung up, gets the sand and dirt up from my dog and is quiet and efficient. Great purchase and it matches my floor perfectly.

I use it down stairs (hardwood) and it keeps the floors looking great between more-serious cleanings! I can’t speak for its performance on carpets, though, but it seems to have great suction power as it got almost all of the cat hairs from my office area rug. The object detection is awesome, just set it and go! It will map all your floors and avoid obstacles. The app is great and it is a super simple setup. The water tank that keeps the mopping water is a little cumbersome to fill, but there really isn’t too many options as to what you could have done better. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it if you like to keep clean floors on your house!

Best purchase ever! The BioSweep leaves spotless sweeping on hard surfaces. It is a major time saver in my messy home and being used every day. It doesn’t do great on my rugs. Even considering that, I’d purchase it again and again. The Bob has never gotten stuck. It goes over rugs and floor registers without problems. It is easy to map, even on a split level home. I am really excited about the environmental friendly parts, especially the reusable bag.

Love my new bObsweep vacuum got it on a deal of the day at a wonderful and very cheap price. It is replacing an existing vacuum that I paid a lot more money for. this thing is quiet and does wonderful job.

I got this for my mother as a Mothers Day gift and it has truly been such a blessing in disguise. With its ability to mop and vacuum, and especially its special corner tech to get every nook and cranny is immaculate. I haven’t vacuumed or mopped downstairs ever since I got it. And though they say don’t use a cleaning solution when mopping, I noticed having a 1-2 or 1-3 part solution to water works wonders. Also the mapping, which is the second photo, immaculate!! You truly are supposed to have it learn

I've never considered deploying a robo vac until i got a feline friend that leaves hair everywhere. This robo vac amazes me with the mapping memory and ability to go over slightly different floor levels. The cat seems to becoming better acquainted with the robovac, Dustin, each time it vacuums up his hair.

We just got this new bObweep a couple of weeks ago and so far so good. Easy set-up and a durable build. Good suction for the vacuum and the floor mop works well too. Once we map the rooms I think we will be able to customize even more.

I love this little guy. He mops and sweeps saving me time and effort. Most of the time I think he’s fairly smart, though I do have a small step down into a room and he just rolls right in like he owns the joint. Aside from this, it’s a great machine with great suction. I appreciate that, while it doesn’t replace manually cleaning your floors, it does keep my floors looking better for longer between manual cleanings. It was also thoughtfully packaged with a surprise gift.

This robot is nice @ compact. Works well, app is easy to use. The set up is easy & BIO comes with everything & some in box. I got a wicked good “Deal of the Day” price and put my 6 year old Roomba to rest. First time using BObsweep it mapped the house w/ ease & did its job…. BUT this is where I learned maybe this wasn’t the right Vac for us GOLDEN owners. My Roomba never clogged with all the hair, hair never tangled in brushes & in my only use the BIO was mangled in Hair. We always swiffer & clean house almost daily, but we all know how Goldens leave hair every where. Again robot did a good job, emptied bin, but still I had to pull hair out of every void in vac & cut hair off brushes… on a different note I received a faulty charging /vac dock , but BObsweep customer service was Awesome and sent another unit w/ no hassle! Customer Service is GREAT! So in short, Great Customer Service, real nice unit, but if your a Golden owner or have another dog that leaves hair all over I would thing twice on this bot

After a long day of work, the last thing on my mind is cleaning. Bob is on a schedule while I am away from home and his job is to clean. While I haven’t figured out how to get him to clean the stairs or toilets but I’m very please to walk in and not see dog hair or dust on a hardwood floors.

I was one of those skeptical ones; I thought it would be impossible to map and would always get stuck. Bobsweep mapped the entire house, and all I had to do was map out no-sweep zones. Once I did this ,it is perfect! I highly recommend bobsweep!

This is my first robot vac and I'm really impressed. I love the App controls, and being able to schedule the vacs is really neat. The maintenance is surprisingly easier than I thought it would be. The low vac settings are surprisingly quiet and yet effective, and I never even notice it at night which is when I schedule them. It's really eye opening to see just how much dust, dirt, or grime this robot vacuum can pick up on a daily basis. I'm very happy with my purchase since I feel this is the kind of purchase that really improves my quality of life, especially as a father to a 2 year old. The house always looks clean now, and I appreciate that so much.

This little guy has been amazing just doing regular vacuuming that I forget to do, or worse yet a roommate that didn’t uphold their agreements. Handles pet hair and debris just fine, the audible thunk in the bag after cleaning is a sign he’s done a good job. The first couple of uses after months of not having vacuuming I did have to empty my little robot, nicknamed Juggernaut, manually. I haven’t tried the mop option just yet since I’ve been purely enjoying the vacuuming. It’s nice to be at work and turn it on without having to worry. Also came in some quite cute boxes!

We’re very happy with this bot. It has met or exceeded all of our expectations. We set it to vacuum the whole house (~1000 sqft) once a day and it’s done in 30 mins. Tile, hardwood, transitions, area rugs - all handled with ease or iteration. It’s been keeping up with a shedding dog and the auto-empty feature is a dream (gotta love the quiet jet engine sound signaling the floors are now clean). We haven't even had to empty the reusable bag yet. A very impressive first month indeed. Next up is playing with the mop feature. The app is user friendly and easy to set up. The Lidar map is accurate and the fall detection works well, no tumbles down any stairs. The only criticism would be that the app only allows one user to be actively connected at a time. It locks out everyone else and you have to redo the entire Bluetooth/Wifi pairing cycle again if you want someone else to access it in the app again. It shows Bio listed but it’s “offline” (even when not actively cleaning). Hopefully a future app update will fix that bug. If that’s the our only gripe then 4.9/5.0.

This is a nice cleaning device, just leave it roaming around the house and this little thing will be just what you need to keep your house clean, noise level is acceptable and performance is one of the best.

Work so much better than I expected. Does a great job do get caught up on court so you have to make sure to try to move as many cords out the way as possible, but it cleans well and covers all the area.

Works very good. Vacuum and mops deeply without any stains.

I have been a BobSweep customer for a while now and this unit is as good as all their products with a sleek design and great material. It has really added a beautiful look to my living room. The app works great. I have scheduled it to work daily once when i am not home and i can check the area covered on the app. The difference is so clear since it’s started working that i can’t skip a day without it. My pet cat was curious about it in the beginning but he barely minds it anymore. Highly recommended if you are looking for a high quality and well-functioning unit with a sleek design.
